I've been with Verizon for at least 10 years and I've never seen customer service as superior as this. Lily did a great job in making my phone funtional. I did not have to return to the store, like many times before. She was highly capable, effective, and kind.

There are some true things in life. Water is wet. The sun rises in the East and going to a Verizon store always stinks. Went at 1030am on a Wednesday. Just wanted a case and screen protector.
One person taking care of a sale. Two others teaching a class. After 10 minutes I came to my senses and had an epiphany.
Went home. Sat down. Ordered what I want on Amazon. It will be here tomorrow delivered right to my door at a cheaper price.
The moral of this tale is never go to a Verizon store. Customer service is the worst.

I was referred to east Hanover Verizon because the Verizon in my location did not have what I was looking for. Upon arrival I was constantly questioned by the manager Daniel as if I didn’t belong there. When I was finally helped by the associate Frank. He was very rude. He did not let us fully see our credit application. He put stuff on the invoice that I did not ask for and when it was time to run the credit app he went to the back for a lengthy period of time and came back saying he needs further verification. Also we did not see our credit app after as well. I was greatly discriminated at this location because me and my brother’s appearance(Wayne B). I have never been treated so poorly by someone who calls themselves a ‘specialist’. When I looked to the manager Daniel for help. I was rudely and bluntly ignored while he serviced a customer the same exact phone we were trying to get. I see getting rushed is a pattern at this location. Now I have to call out another day to try and get a new phone or just go to another service.

I came in today to get a new IPhone and had such a pleasant experience. The team at this Verizon is so kind, patient and knowledgeable. Deep assisted me with my new phone and also helped my mom get a new charger and other tech accessories. Thank you Deep!

The gentleman who ordered my phone rushed me off and did not confirm my new address (that we purposely updated in the system) - This made it super inconvenient for me to receive the new phone (I have not received yet, and it was supposed to arrive 3 days ago).
When I asked questions about anything his response was; “Don’t Worry About It” and rushed my purchase while I bought other accesories as well.
The whole experience was so off putting, and I knew I should’ve just taken my purchase somewhere else - super dissapointed, as the service in that whole center is amazing - (besides Verizon).

Highly inappropriate and unprofessional. The manager Josh I think is his name basically said that the only way you’d EVER get a refund is if something unfortunate happens and there’s a death in the family. There’s a lot more better ways to say no.

I had a severe issue with my sons iPhone (Apple wouldn’t help; Asurion wouldn’t help) so I went to the closest Verizon (East Hanover) Lilly Xu helped me; stayed after her shift & was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! I went to get help about my new phone and number transfer AFTER spending 1 hour with customer service on the phone. Went into the store around 5:45pm and still was not helped until 7:00pm. They made me sign in and put me on a waiting list that was moving way too slow. Did not get any help and decided to leave after spending 1 hour in the store. Bad customer service.
