It is absolutely the worst post office that I have ever gone to. Staff is rude - always ready to bite you. I have stopped going there even though it is the closest.

This is one of the worst post office I've been to it's like only one person that can do everything in that location. If that young woman is on lunch you can't get any service done. Waste of time coming to this location waste of time

Went there 2 different times at 4:40 and 4:45 pm and both times they were closed even though they are supposedly open till 5pm. Very frustrating!

I wish I can do no star at all...this is the worst post office i had the misfortune to visit. My son dropped his package off and handed it to one of the employees and after that the package dropped off the face of earth... no one can locate where it is. I called so many times and everyone was telling me a different story at the end I was told to file a claim and show proof of value. They paid the minimum 100. We do believe that one of the employees stole the box when they found out it was a Playstation PS5 with 2 controllers. What a shame that you can't trust a federal agency to be honest and deliver your packages. Never disclose what you have in the box if you want it to arrive to its destination.

The absolute worst place I have ever been in my life. Racists. All of them. If you are not from Newark, expect to be treated like garbage. They closed 50 PO Boxes today, no warning, no billing, even though I have an automatic credit card on file to bill me. There were ten people there begging to pay their bill and the “manager”, who couldn’t run a lemonade stand, laughed at everyone and told them all your mail will now be returned to sender. I filed complaints with consumer affairs and will be going to the police later today. Do NOT ever go near this place ever!

I thank to all postal workers of this branch, and the couriers who deliver parcels in particular. In this small town there is my mail forwarder, to which address the local postal service always delivers parcels on time. Friends, you are the best. thank you for your work, from Ukraine
