Just saw the video that's going viral on tiktok about you guys having a racial disrespectful employee at the location. And then to come here and see the comments. It's just letting me know that this company doesn't care what the customers have to say. Words are very powerful so mark my words. You guys are going to lose this business all because of the employees that you decide to hire, I wonder if you guys really care?

Seems like you have a racist employee, last week a black customer came in and was IMMEDIATELY followed. Asked every 2 minutes if she needed anything disguising customer service with blatant racism. When she went to get straw toppers towards the register, the employee went out of her way to rudely say “this register doesn’t accept credit”. While there was a line of people she was supposed to helping. Seems like you have a racist employee Paper store NJ.

I went into the East Hanover Paper store to pick up an online today. The young girl who greeted me at the door was lovely. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the cashier. She was awful! I find it interesting when I read reviews for this store many people feel the same. Costumer service is really a thing of the past. So sad.

This store has some great collection of gift items but the young lady with glasses (cashier) is so rude. I am never going back to them!! Also, the “red lined” items were on 50% sale which was not offered to me.

Went in to buy a "passed the bar" card if there is such a thing. I still don't know. I was greeted when I first walked in by two friendly women, but when I asked the women Christine at the register if such a card exists, she said yes and she refered me to the graduation cards in which I was just searching through. Tons of them! I asked for help to find it and she pretended to not hear me several times. Seemed really annoyed with me. I returned to the front of the building to ask the "friendly" ladies for help and they could not be more helpful even though we could not find the "passed the bar" card. Christine should NOT be working with customers.

The Paper Store has a very good selection of cards and merchandise. However what impresses me the most is the employees. They are all very good at their jobs. They have been very helpful to me when I needed assistance finding the right card and they are some of the nicest people in the world. Always happy to help customers when necessary. It is worth your time to stop in just for them. I highly recommend The Paper Store on Route 10 in East Hanover. You will be greeted with a smile when you enter the store and you will leave with a smile on your own face when you leave.

I often shop at the East Hanover store and I shop online for pick in the store. Today I shopped at the store instead of online. I spent close to $100. When I got home I found out they didn't give me the 30% discount that was offered online. As a result, I was over charged more than $15.00. I always liked this store, but not so much anymore.
