Staff is awesome. Their traditional programs are really cool but their self defense program Kombato is really unique and fun. I drive close to an hour for this program.

Really awesome school. Instructors are super high level yet down to earth. Their Kombato self defense program is very unique. Love it.

A great place to train for self-defense and kickboxing. Coaches are extremely professional and the place is clean. I also have both of my kids here for taekwondo.
