To median items under lock and key. Big inconvenience when you're shopping in a target and a portion of the inventory is locked up who wants to shop in the store where you need to call an employee to unlock the items you need to buy. They where severely understaffed and couldn't find anyone to help me find earplugs for an upcoming rock concert and they had only one checkout lane open on a Friday night and there was at least 20 people in line. If you value your time I would suggest going to a different target and get what you need from a different location

I got a new 75" tv here. The Samsung 4k UHD. It was $400 cheaper than Bestbuy. Btw BB will be out of business in 3-4 yrs. It was dead. Target employee helped me load the tv and wouldn't take the $20 tip. Getting tv installed today on the wall. Very nice staff; I will return!

The two stars are for a relatively seamless purchase on their site. I was easily able to navigate to my friend's baby shower registry, pick out my gift, and purchase with my credit card. What I found weird was that my one gift took over 2 hours to assemble, but on a Saturday, was able to pick it up quickly. While the parking lot is spacious, the entries are not, so pay attention, especially when coming down the hill. However, my peeve was the lack of customer service. I was asking where I can pick up my gift and one of the employees was running in the other direction. He stopped, when I showed frustration. Apparently, you have to pick up purchases by the return and exchanges area, which is very confusing. I showed the sales rep my barcode, waited for 5 minutes, and was sent on my way, without them checking my ID to see if it was me, which can be disturbing on some levels. Ah well, these employees don't seem to care about the business, as I am sure they are highly underpaid. Since they don't care, I didn't care about spending more money on a card, gift bag, and other daily goods that I needed today. Good luck, if you need any assistance when you are in the store!

As always, I get what I went for and leave. I am Not happy with self checkout. Don't use them as this is what's causing employees to become unemployed. Always go to a cashier. They could use the money.

OOOOOHHHH MY GOODNESS, what the heck happened to this store. I feel safer in Walmart at 10 pm at night then when I went to this place. Barely anything on the shelves. There filled with other products to block the shelving out. If not that then just holes everywhere. WHERE R THE PRICES and what tags go with what item. Are you serious. How are you even open. Very sad

5 pm. 18 shoppers wait in line for 5 working self checkout registers. Only 1 cashier was running a regular checkout register-and that person was going on break so couldn't help anyone else. Seven regular registers stood empty. My question is why have thst many full service registers....knock them all down except 1 and put up more self checkouts. So frustrating every time I checkout there.

I really like this Target! Parking is great. I love that handicap parking is on the side of the building-very convenient. Asked a few associates for help and they were all very pleasant. Shelves were mostly stocked. Only thing I couldn't find was delysum cough syrup. We were able to find everything else we needed. Long line at the register. Not sure if its one line got registers and self checkout, or separate. We did self checkout so we waited in line. Would definitely return to this location in the future.

I came in to pick up my order and there was only one line which was for both pickup and returns! The line was through the check out lane. I realize its 2 weeks before Christmas, so I expect a wait, but there was one person working the return register and one person getting orders. BTW Sarah gets 5 stars for working through the chaos. What was worse was that the line for regular checkout was to the back of the store. They had self-checkout open and just 4 registers open. I only knew this because I heard at least 3 people complaining near me. You could feel the tension in the store when you walked in. I really felt for those employees who showed up. Where the hell was management? No one of authority was there to help manage the chaos and help the employees. I'm sure the upper management are enjoying there weekend off. Not good Target.
