I walked around the store with my wife for more than 15 minutes. We were the only persons in the store. Three employees sat at their desks and not a single person bothered to offer any assistance. Very poor customer service.

Very unfriendly. I wandered around for almost 5 minutes and though it was fully staffed with 4 people at desks, no one even said hello. Plus, inconvenient hours and no prices on any tiles. I went to the very helpful and huge tile store down the street to make my purchase easily.

Lovely tile; cold unfriendly staff who completely ignored me.I have walked into this store several times over the years. Never ONCE has anyone greeted me or asked if they could help me. I went again today and browsed through several beautiful samples which I would have been pleased to buy—but no one in the store said one word to me, even though there were very few customers there and most of the staff were sitting behind the desk. So I guess another tile place will get my order for several thousand dollars’ worth of tile.

The staff is very nice and helpful. Relative to other tile stores, their tile is pricey. The tile I bought was very nice, but I too had the same issue with the very restrictive 15 day return policy. I had one full unopened box (1/4 of my total order). Especially now during COVID-19, when people aren't going out unless they have to, one would think they would relax their restrictive return window like most other home improvement stores are doing, but not a chance.

Standard Tile has everything you need to make your dream home a reality! Nicole is amazing! She is extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. She has a great eye for whatever style it is you’re looking for! The Standard Tile employees are reliable and efficient.
