I really though I was not going to like sleep number as a bed. I was wrong. the second i walked in i was greeted by sales rep Joe, and he has a great attitude. Its like speaking to a real person instead of a trained robot. Joe had us lay down on several beds, tested our bodies and figured out what our personal sleep numbers were and it was such an amazing experience. aside from Joe being absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable and had all the answers to any of my bed related questions, the mattress.. omg the mattress. I am 30 years old with chronic back pain and scoliosis and this bed took away practically all my pain to the point where i could have instantly fallen asleep IN THE STORE! naturally i made a purchase and am currently replacing my tempurpedic with a new sleep number. soft in all the right places and solid in all the right spots. i have never been able to lay down without pain. i am so grateful for all of joe's assistance and persistence on making sure he found just the right number for me to feel maximum relief and comfort. I am telling all my co workers and friends about this and telling them to go to this location and get a new mattress from Joe.

We recently purchased a sleep number 360 from this location and we had an excellent experience working with James! He was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough when it came to explaining the product lines and made great recommendations based on our needs. our experience from the time we walked into the store to delivery/installation of our new 360 bed has been amazing and we feel like we were well taken care of. Thanks so much for all your help James!

After a horrible experience at the Rockaway location, we came here. Ashley the store manager was extremely helpful and nice the entire time. She took the time to explain everything about our new mattress and even helped us pick some pillows afterwards. Would definitely come back here!

Our salesperson was so knowledgeable about the products we were interested in purchasing. He provided an easy to understand explanation about the differences between the various mattresses and pillows. He gave us an opportunity to try out different settings and equipment. We feel more comfortable making a purchasing decision.

My friend needed a new mattress and we stopped in Mattress Plus. What a nice shopping experience we had. Alonzo and Fadi took a great deal of time educating us on the different product offerings they had available. They sell all the brands. The pricing was good and we even had some laughs.

Went to Sleep Nunber in East Hanover, NJ. The moment I walked in I was approached by Joe. He greeted me, and I asked him to show me the i8 Flex King Mattress. From testing the mattress and Joe finding my sleep number (35) I was sold!! Joe answered all my questions before I even asked him. Highly recommend the sleepnumber bed! I also recommend if you go to the SleepNumber store in East Hanover, NJ ask for Joe! Great guy, exceptional service overall great experience!!

James was the most knowledgeable and kindest. He mentioned he was relatively new to this store (had been in NYC prior). He was back to back with customers and yet never rushed anyone. We purchased our first S# bed and in large part it was due to his sincerity and efforts. Only issue nowIs the month we have to wait for delivery.

Sleep number should ensure that store managers are up to speed on the products. The experience at this location was terrible, there are other locations close where the sales people are much more knowledgeable and more willing to help.
