Depending on who you get , you may feel like you are made to wait for no reason and then treated very dismissively. I wouldn’t go back here despite a good experience with the owner (female) with dipping a gold necklace to change the color after the necklace ordered came back looking very different. This time, I felt very uncomfortable .

Went based on online reviews. The staff was very friendly and helpful and was able to repair my rings that had to unfortunately be cut off my fingers during pregnancy! They look brand new and beautiful. Thank you!

What can I say? Everyone at Rena’s were very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. The two stone ring I had was passed down from my Grandmother to me and I wanted to make it more modern and even more special for my girlfriend. The team suggested a three stone ring and it was great idea! They helped me with picking out an extra stone matching my Grandma's and made a brand new custom band for the stones. They worked with my budget and it turned out amazing! The ring is very beautiful! They also gave me a built-in light ring box. I am very satisfied and recommend Rena's Jewelry!

Upfront this place seems good but with in weeks to 3 months the watch batteries died on 2 of the watches and brought in another high end watch that cost extra for service just didn't work within a month of using it brought it back but they would not touch it without my duplicate copy of the receipt- they have the actual receipt on file with details on all the watches would not look for it - in this day and age the customer service was poor

What a lovely place. Everyone at Rena’s is extremely knowledgeable, patient and welcoming. Rena helped me design a custom ring that exceeded my expectations! I am so happy with it. Took a chance & got my diamond ring fixed here! 2 days later a large diamond fell out! They never fixed other Broken prongs on other surrounding stones like other reputable jeweler would have. Very disappointed!!! Will never come back!!!

I went for a battery for my watch. I was told it wasn'tthe battery and that the watch needed to be cleaned. It was going to cost way more than a battery. I declined and went somewhere else where they put in a battery. It is working perfectly fine now

Rena and Rey, the couple that own the shop, are absolutely terrific. Not only are they super knowledgeable but they aren't just trying to sell you something but actually are there to educate and be helpful. It's very difficult to know who to trust in this industry and they have helped me twice now.Moreover, there prices seem extremely competitive.Overall, it was a great buying experience. You can't go wrong with these two.
