Awful experience overall. My couch is sitting on the floor after 4 months. The bottom of my couch has caved in, in less than 6 months. Smh. But my biggest complaint is with customer service representative BRIANA. She is very unprofessional, answers the phone as if she doesn't want to be at work and also takes no accountability for her errors. Not only was I double charged for delivery fee due to BRIANA'S ERROR. I was never reimbursed. THE QUALITY OF THE FURNITURE IS HORRIBLE AND THEIR SERVICE REPS ARE EVEN WORST.

I am very happy to write a review for this Raymour & Flanigan store because of the outstanding service I received here today. My sales associate took a real interest in helping me quickly find a bench that I needed for a photo shoot the next day. I was extremely fortunate to find a bench within the store that they were willing to sell to me as a floor sample at half off!
Brian the store manager was also very personable, kind, and helpful—even helping me load the wrapped bench into my car.
Thank you for making this furniture buying experience so much fun! I won’t hesitate to come back here again in the future.

We went to the East Hanover store looking for a couch and loveseat. Judi is so knowledgeable, personable and helpful. She gave the most exceptional attention to our wants and needs that we were able to furnish our entire living room. Couch, loveseat, fireplace, tables and lamps! Manager Doug was a great source in assisting with ideas and advice to make our checkout smooth and stress free.
