They helped me find the QR code and package one of the packages correctly. Much better than other shipping service store clerks around town. Would definitely recommend. I am a designer, and I have to say that i have never had a vendor who would CALL me to ask me if I had made a mistake (that he had noticed) or if the sizing was correct. Most vendors just print as is and point the finger...but not Neil. He really cares about each and every job, and wants to make sure the quality is perfect. Or he fixes it. He's great at what he does. That's why I wouldn't work with anyone else. Plus, he's a super nice guy.”

Same day of a major event, I called this company and a lovely gentleman helped me get 500 cards done in a matter of hours. I will not be going back to vistaprints. The staff person was polite and guided me to the hardware printer section to answer some detailed questions about laser printers. So glad he just didn't point me in that direction and leave me hanging like other stores. It was a pleasant experience and will be back to purchase the laser printer once I get my new office set up.”
