Bought a Volvo V90 from them last year and the experience was fantastic. Our salesman, Lars, was very friendly and helpful.I just went in for service and Bob was super friendly and explained everything perfectly. Brandon in parts showed me my options for a rear, cargo mat and called me a few days later when it was ready for pickup.The entire team is professional and helpful. Prestige Volvo is a streamlined, well run dealership. I am very happy I chose to buy my car from them. I will be a return customer.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan Entwistle at Prestige Volvo in east Hanover during my most recent car purchase journey. He made the whole process from start to finish seamless and enjoyable. Very understanding, patience, accommodating, and knowledgeable when it came to the feature set of the cars I looked at. He also provided valuable insight that helped me in my decision making. Ultimately, if you are looking for a new car I highly suggest you check out Volvo’s in general and if you can make it to East Hanover you won’t be disappointed with the experience you’ll have at Prestige Volvo. Ryan was extremely communicative and set expectations along the way outlining next steps and what was needed/what to expect. He’s a great guy and a extremely good at his job. Also, shout out to Jacob Hughes and the seamless process handling the finance side of things, he was very organized and thorough leaving no details out. I knew exactly what I was getting and what to expect and no surprises which was very different from my previous experience purchasing a car and definitely for the better. I highly recommend these guys and this dealership, it was a wonderful experience you won’t regret checking out what they have to offer.

We are loyal customers to Prestige Volvo in East Hanover and left the lot this weekend with our 4th car from this dealership. We previously worked with Patrick who recommended we work with Andrew. Andrew was an excellent sales person. He was informative, patient and got us exactly what we wanted at the price point we were looking for. I would definitely work with him again and would recommend him to others. We ended up driving out of the showroom with the car I said “I must have” when we entered to begin our search!

We recently purchased a Volvo 2015 S60 R Design from Prestige Volvo and wanted to personally thank Tina and Mike for their professionalism and support in making this a totally painless and pleasant experience. We have been purchasing our vehicles from Prestige Volvo for 15+ years and have never had a bad experience interacting with their sales or service departments. When our son had an accident and totaled his car and walked away without a scratch(he was driving a Volvo) we didn’t hesitate to contact Tina to find a replacement Volvo vehicle. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle then you should look no further than Prestige Volvo to purchase your next vehicle. You will receive a white glove experience from start to finish from a dealership based on honesty, integrity and a primary focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience. First and foremost, Patrick is excellent. Smart, professional, and really cares about the customers.We purchased two vehicles because of Patrick’s excellent sales and customer service. We also experienced excellent support from the Prestige’s staff in purchasing our vehicles.Tami provided excellent customer service, answered all my questions and when something unexpected occurred, Tami had it fixed it immediately.Danny worked with my car and provided excellent mechanical service resolving minor issues with my vehicle.Everyone at Prestige, Patrick, Tami, Danny and everyone I met at their East Hanover location have provided excellent service and have gone above and beyond all of my expectations.I cannot thank them enough and I am grateful for their extraordinary service.

Justin was a great salesman to work with. Once we decided on a vehicle, negotiations were fast, and Justin was very responsive to all of my inquiries. He helped us get the best price we could, and he even followed up with quick answers to questions I had after we had left the dealership with our new vehicle. The dealership was clean and had lots of great vehicles available. Over all it was a smooth process.

I recently purchased a new Volvo from Prestige, and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. My sales associate was Patrick Beauford, and he was a pleasure to work with. Friendly, professional, and honest…I can’t think of better traits for someone working in the auto industry. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and was able to put together a deal I was happy with very quickly. If you’re looking for an automobile, new or used, I wouldn’t hesitate to point you in Patrick’s direction.Another Prestige associate, Jake, put together all of the paperwork to complete my transaction. Once again, a friendly and efficient employee.This is the second car I’ve purchased from Prestige, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Volvo.Oh, and I love my new car!

My husband and I just purchased our car from Prestige Volvo and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. I’ve always known I wanted a Volvo SUV but we drove a few other luxury SUVs, so I wasn’t necessarily sold on Volvo when we walked into the dealership. However, we immediately met Ryan Wasik - who quickly showed us the car we wanted, gave us all the details we needed (and more), and got us in the car for a test drive. Ryan went above and beyond - not only telling us what features we could expect, but also explaining why certain choices were made in the car. While all the sales people we met with in our car buying journey were nice, Ryan had an extra amount of enthusiasm and knowledge that put our experience over the top at Prestige Volvo. We’ve had the car for almost 2 weeks and are both so thrilled - we can’t wait to drive it for years to come.

I highly recommend Ryan Wasik at Prestige Volvo. His honesty won me over! I wanted to buy a SUV in the past 2 years and visited a lot of dealers. I was indecisive until I stopped to have breakfast at the diner next to the dealer and I parked face to face with a Volvo. I had the pleasure to work with Ryan. He made the process so easy and straight forward with no “hidden fees” that I made my decision in 2 days. He also took time to sit down with me in my new Volvo and explained to me every simple button on the screen and helped me setup my dashboard. Without him, might have taken me days as I looked through the manual. Thank you again for the pleasant experience Ryan W.PS. Also Bob from finance was great.

Awesome experience with Ryan Entwistle! I have been shopping around for a new family SUV for a few months. I visited a dozen dealers in the area, and I must say, Ryan by far exceeded all my expectations. He was extremely courteous and professional. It didn't feel like he was trying to use any of the usual sales tactics you would expect at a dealership. He took a genuine interest to understand my needs and he was completely transparent throughout the whole process. He made a very difficult process painless and straight forward. If you're considering a Volvo, i implore you to talk to Ryan first.. 100% recommend to family and friends!

For as much money that we spent on this Volvo just doesn't seem to be worth it Generally speaking staff can be hit or miss in regard to friendliness Had repair done And because they're short on loaner cars they only loan out loaner car if it's a few hours yet if it's a few days or longer they won't loan you out of car even though you're spending probably more money than the maintenance work; just doesn't make sense, should be other way around I feel as though they get you to buy the car and once you buy the car they're very unaccommodating We had some paint chipping and rather than giving us the benefit of the doubt sales person that sold us the car basically blamed us for hitting the car and was no help AT ALL Even though we specifically bought a maintenance package to fix things like this Very very disappointed in our experience here Thus far...this will be our first and last purchase here as much money as these cars cost you would think you'd be treated a little better We also have a Honda Accord and I feel I am treated better there then at the Volvo place Little things like having donuts and bagels for customers when having car serviced, lucky if the coffee machine at Volvo even works let alone having donuts and bagels Not worth the money

Excellent experience at Prestige Volvo service department. Timely, efficient, great communication and customer service by Tami! Will be using Prestige Volvo service going forward. Previously used Ramsey Volvo with no issues but very happy to be working with Tami again at Prestige.

If I could give them no star I would This review is about the parts department, I placed 2 orders online with a total of over $1500. A couple of days after the order was placed I got an email from the parts manager Joe Mackenzie telling me that a few of the parts were in back order and that the shipping for a bumper cover I ordered would be around $250 because it would need to be sent in a pallet, simple outrageous that amount of money to ship 1 item because it's bulky? I tried calling Joe Mackenzie multiples times But all I got was a voicemail needles to say no calls were returned. I emailed back asking to cancel the bumper cover and after a couple f days I got an email saying that both orders were cancelled instead of trying to work with a customer. I emailed back because I needed the parts on the second order but his response was everything was cancelled you can place a new order at full price. Btw I used a coupon code to get free shipping and discount on the parts. Needless to say I won't ever give any business to prestige volvo specially their parts department with joe Mackenzie as manager.

After getting the initial details from Truecars, Ryan from Prestige Volvo reached to me on cell. From then it all fallen to a proper track. Prestige team have done it professionally, be it making me understanding the current market conditions, aging vs price of Volvo cars etc. Being a far location from my home, visiting their office was a challenge, but Ryan sent clear pictures of the car to help me visualize it.When I visited the showroom with family, their hospitality was awesome. For the test drive, I was given the car to be driven alone without restrictions on where to go. Thanks to Ryan. He also explained the car features very well.I recommend Jake, the senior finance manager who helped me with all the paperwork and clearly explaining every line items and welcoming me to Volvo finance with nominal rate.One visit was sufficient for me to close the deal.I recommend anyone who is looking for a Volvo to consider visiting Prestige Volvo at East Hanover.Ref: Ryan Entwistle, Jake.
