Got denied sale on fish because the employee said my tank isn’t ready. He didn’t ask about water parameter neither. He didn’t offer any explanation or how to improve the tank, just straight up say no and walked away. Don’t waste your time because even though your tank size ,water parameters, and current stocks are good. They won’t sell for you.

It's a good store in terms of variety, BUT THEY SELDOM ALLOW YOUR ACCOUNT TO UTILIZE THE REWARD POINTS THAT YOU AS CUSTOMER HAS EARNED. THEY MAKE IT VERY DIFFICULT.

Very bad, I have taken my dog twice looking for a good bath and I have not gotten a good result, it is very annoying to pay for a bath to cut nails and wash ears and for everything to be bad, if I go back there I prefer to do it at home

We came here to purchase some live aquarium fish. The lady was super nice, explain all the details. She was very patient and knowledgeable. Spent one hour and got four little cuties.

We love the Parsippany Petco as most of the staff there are always smiling and helping everyone find whatever they want and also keep the checkout lines small.

Got my dog microchipped here AND THE MICROCHIP CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY!!! Unbelievable! That only happens when it’s not placed correctly!
They placed it in the middle of the back, which is incorrect medical placement that is not recommended or standard practice. Never even received an apology from Petco after telling them. Get microchips somewhere else and spare your pet this malpractice, trauma, and spare yourself the waste of time. The vet here should be fired because this is unacceptable for a trained professional. The Global Veterinary Community and the Humane Society recommend the microchip to be “implanted within the nuchal ligament in its middle third or at the halfway point between the ears and the withers” but this was much further down than that. Vet here is negligent. Medical professionals need to be held accountable when they do not perform up to standards. This was a simple procedure that should have been placed correctly and the fact that the vet failed to do so is extremely alarming.
