Your staff are outstanding. My issue is your pricing policies. I purchase Hills fry food for my dog, I tried the “repeat” delivery but after several attempts you sent the food too early. I tried adjusting the delivery but you continued delivering while I still had food available. So, by me picking it up, I can’t get the online price. Does not make sense, when in fact I am saving you delivery charges. I might search elsewhere to get a better price

This business needs to lose their license. I visited this location 6 months ago to find their gecko’s in terrible health, living in inhumane conditions. They are sick and unable to shed their coats from what looks like improper husbandry. Multiple tails and fingers lost etc. Zero urgency from the employees present. They advised us that there was no one employed at the location that is qualified to take care of the reptiles. After speaking with management and corporate, we were told it was being addressed and they were hiring a professional. 6 months later, I return to see the lizards in even worse shape. One of the lizards is still there from 6 months ago and appears to have an infection.

Hello, My local petco continues to neglect and abuse their reptiles and small animals. I've spoke to corporate and to the district manager. Although I've been told they are getting them medical care and hiring a staffer to care for these animals. Six months have gone by with no such action. I went by the store today and the animals are in horrible conditions. Leopard geckos who can't open their eyes and possible yeast around their mouths. A reptile with a missing tail. I am disgusted and am trying to figure out the best way to seek care or help for these animals. They should not be permitted to sell animals.

at one point I loved this location super easy and helpful. now when you go to check out you usually need to go look for an employee. new staff won't ask for my phone number for my vital care I need to ask if its ok to apply it since they are in such a rush(even when not busy) the old staff was the reason I signed up and made it super easy each time I came now it seems to always be an issue and staff is always confused. I'm paying for pemier vital care but I don't even get to apply my benefits sometimes so frustrating with the new staff I was just assuming they were still in training but after months of this it seems to just be they don't care and want to get back to their conversation with their co workers

I stopped in to see if my dog Sugar could get her first nail trim. We just rescued her and I was so nervous! We had the MOST wonderful experience with Liz the groomer.. She was so kind and fun with Sugar!!! I will be back and back again because of Liz!!! The cashier Susan, was extremely helpful too! I came to pick up something that was out of stock when I got there...the cashier made the arrangements for it to be shipped right to my home. I just had to wait 3-4 days! Saved me an extra trip. AMAZING people at East Hanover Petco!!! THANKS

Went in to see if the groomer had time to do a nail trim on my dog, and she said we needed her vaccination records. We said that we didn’t have them but we usually go to another Petco so if there’s a system she can look them up. She said okay and that she needed to ring up another customer. We waited around, then found her organizing litter boxes. Tried to give her the benefit of the doubt (maybe she didn’t see us) and she said she would be with us in a minute. She was nowhere to be found. Eventually we decided to leave and we saw her chatting away with someone in the parking lot outside. Overall really disappointing customer service experience.
