“Ever since getting my golden retriever pup these employees have been wonderful! Today after multiple trips to this location, an employee named Cece shared a “puppy coupon booklet” with me and gave us money off our purchase today for coupons we could’ve used in past trips! It was great and she gave us this helpful information without asking, simply just a kind person! She was so sweet to my pup as all the other employees always are. Now we have more coupons for the pups needs! Really nice people!”
“I know I could have purchased the things I needed for my dog online but since this store is within walking distance to my home I decided to give it a try. I recently adopted a dog and needed a few things. I have to say the employees I met were extra helpful. One younger guy walked me to the isle and pointed out the item I needed. Then a younger girl actually fixed the straps on the harness I was buying and put it on my dog. So helpful. That experience was so rare I had to leave a review.”

“First & foremost; there is one word, as far as my experience; with KHLOE’S KITTENS, and that is absolutely, “AMAZING”!!! Jo Ann was fantastic and she was even compassionate/empathetic; during a very difficult chapter & tumultuous time, in my life & wholeheartedly; that will remain with me forever. She made the entire process go very smoothly; from beginning till end. It was naturally, a comforting and pleasant experience. “Owner seems passionate! High quality selection for pets. I previously used a dry dog food for 7 years that was #1 rated by vets and even sold by my vet! I thought my dog was a rediculous shedder. Vacuumed daily.. My vet confirmed "some dogs do shed like that." This store owner had much to say about the "#1 vet recommended pet food" and explained I was starving my dog of essential vitamins. Now I have had dry dog food FROM food for 5 months and he loves it. His coat is nowy dog has a soft coat and sheds like a normal dog. Stores like these are great because they educate themselves on the products and sell what is proven to be good.”
“I had a great experience here! I brought my 4-month-old puppy, Milo, for his first grooming session, and they did an excellent job. Upon arrival, someone promptly assisted Milo and guided him to the back. I was asked detailed questions about the haircut and specific requirements I wanted. They also assured me they would check for any potential allergies.
I provided a detailed note about the haircut, and when Milo came back, he looked incredibly handsome.
Previously, I had taken Milo to a chain grooming center where they didn’t give him a full haircut. They returned him, saying he freaked out, and they only managed to trim his face.

“Been coming here for 30 years, first the father's place and now his son is continuing to keep an excellent business floating (bad attempt at a pun). His fish are excellent in selection and health. He has tropical, marine and pond. Remember to bring in a water sample for testing.”

“I went to see what they had. They have a wide variety of dog and cat foods and products. There are not very many fish supplies. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have very cool looking dog washing stations! (I do not have a dog, but it seems like this could have been easier than my bathtub when we did have a dog.)”

“What a wonderful place! All rescues and shelters should strive to be like this place. I have adopted and dealt with many shelters and rescues over the years and this place is by far the best. Very clean, every staff member I talked to was extremely nice, you can tell their hearts are in it without the pretentious attitude some rescues have. Hassle free adoption process. They even have a gift shop! Just a word of warning about the cat rooms. Don’t try and go just to “look”. You may end up getting picked by someone and leaving with a new family member.”
“Super friendly employees! Took our dog here for a self-service bath and Brittany was very helpful, she cleared up the drain for us during the bath as our dog sheds A LOT and also made sure we had everything we needed. Store is well-stocked too!”

“Barbara the groomer is so awesome with my puppy Mousse. When we bring Mousse to Petsmart and he sees Barbara he gets very excited. Barbara is such a sweetie with our little Mousse. She always does an amazing job with cutting his hair and baths. Mousse comes back smelling sooooo good and looks super cute with how she styles his hair. Barbara is the BEST!”
