There was a lack of effective communication regarding the status of my vehicle. Despite numerous attempts to obtain updates, I was consistently unable to reach the service advisor and alternative staff members were not in a position to provide the necessary information. I don’t even think my car was looked at. I would drive by and my car would be parked in the same parking spot. If they had no one to look at it for a week that would have been okay just needed it to be comminuted. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because they gave me a loaner car.
