There's a wide variety of products available. The employees are polite and helpful. The embroidery floss, which i regularly purchase, isn't fully stocked whenever i go here. It's a bit frustrating. The curbside pickup is efficient as is the order ahead and pickup in store.

Not the place to go if you want friendly or fast picture framing service. Went on a Sat evening and was told to come back Sunday at 10am. Went back Sunday morning and had to wait 15 minutes for the framer who was late to work. The framer was not very friendly. I was told there was a three week wait to frame a picture. Perhaps it was a bad day for the framer and I guess they’re very busy because of the low price.

Dana in framing is glorious. She is a lovely person & very good at her job. I brought a rare & signed Disney lithograph that i wanted matted and framed for a colleague's wife. She put together several great looks. I went her suggestions as she is the professional. Very happy with what i got and only 3 weeks to finish the project. I am a huge fan!

Sabrina is always super helpful when I visit. She knows about the merchandise and tell me where everything is. She is also very patient with me and I really appreciate that. She’s one of the best and nicest workers there.

Terrible experience ar this store. Angela,store associate helping the cashiers and front end was very rude and unprofessional to us and our cashier. We felt very uncomfortable and ended up leaving. Definelty will not be returning.

I purchased an oversize canvas for my dining room from an artist in Israel. Because of its size it arrived rolled in a tube. Took it to Michael's to be stretched, mounted and framed. Dana assisted me, going over my options and making suggestions how it might work best in the room. She was more than patient, polite and quite helpful. I made my selection and their graphics computer was able to print a simulation so I could see the finished product before finalizing my decision. She also arranged for delivery since it was way too large fit in my truck. I was quoted two weeks for completion and delivery and exactly 2 weeks after I dropped it off it arrived. I'm thrilled with the results and quality of the work. Looks amazing I thought the price was more than reasonable. Thank you Michael's and especially Dana for all your help. Kudos.

I'm a Hobby Lobby fan! But sometimes HL can be a bit overwhelming; especially during the holidays! I've found that Michaels offers some of the same items as HL, just in a smaller quantity and without all of the chaos. I normally only visit this store during Christmas time and it's always a great experience for me. The store is smaller than others, but neatly packed with everything you'll need to deck the halls! There's always a sale, and some type of coupon online for you to save a little bit more. They also offer 15% off for seniors, military & educators which is amazing! I've always found the staff to be friendly and helpful, although I take my time and search for what I want without asking someone to get it for me. The staff all wear masks and there's sanitizer available for you to use. Don't feel safe going in the store!? They do curbside pick up! Think twice about doing curbside pickup here. Don't call and press 3 like the directions on the email say and don't bother parking at the curbside designated parking. I called 3 times, was out on hold and hung up on. After 40 minutes I finally got into the line of cars waiting, it makes no sense. They also only have 1 person running orders. After almost 3 months of this you would think they would have figured it out by now.

The shelves can be bare and they seem to never been on the floor to assist if you have questions, but if you know what you want and don't need something particularly hard to find or unique, this is a fine place to pick up things. I knit, craft, and do all kinds of household decor projects, so this is truly a solid one-stop shop to get everything I need along the way. It's on a busy road (Route 10) near absolutely everything else, so if you're running multiple errands, you don't have to go out of your way.

No one around to help or answer questions. Registers were slow. Sticker prices and scanned prices were different.
