Bought a $2000 mattress with a $1500 adjustable base here 3 years ago from Donald. The mattress is already sagging and customer support was quick to deny any claim due to a faint stain. God forbid you spill something or sweat and it makes it's way through the mattress protector you also must buy for warranty purposes. All this after I hurt my back more getting the dozen pictures they asked for. Don't buy the lies when they tell you customer service and warranty folks will take care of you should anything happen. The firmest top of the line mattress they had lasted 3 years. They offered me a friends and family discount on another purchase, but it's less than the typical discounts / holiday discounts always offered. Take your money elsewhere.

Did not have the best experience ever. Was trying to replace my daughter's mattress and so decided to stop by Firm Mattress at East Hanover. At first the store manager (forgot his name) was kind and showed us the different mattresses. However, when we told him that we're going to think about it and come back the next day, his attitude started to change and begin to have an attitude and annoyed. Not coming back again.
