The staff are so kind and welcoming. I had a watch that needed additional work apart from battery replacement, and the guy put everything aside and did it right away because I was traveling from out of town! Very reasonable pricing and they’ do a great job!

Recently got into watches, and needed repairs for my dad's Seiko. Store has a welcoming family feel, and the owner who helped me (Lou's wife) was amazing. She talked me through lots of options and most importantly, got my dad's watch ticking again! I will be coming back!
