346 NJ-10, East Hanover“Cell phones are a necessary tool for Yelp reviewers. My ancient iPhone 12 was getting a little long in the tooth so I started searching for Verizon stores near me. The staff at a couple were unhelpful and, sadly, a little pushy. My wife, smarter than I, searched further afield and sent me here. Wow! I was greeted by a tech named Tom. He checked me into their system in about a minute. He made me comfortable working with him because he actually listened to my concerns and needs. After examining my account he recommended a new phone that is the current state of the art ... iPhone 15 Pro ... and a plan that had higher speed and he explained that with a trade in, and a switch to automatic paying with a checking account, my monthly bill would remain the same! There was a minor glitch with the trade in, but Tom went to their help desk while I sat and he cleared everything up. While I waited, he updated the iOS on the new phone and transferred everything perfectly. Tom was amazing. Really. He knows his products. He doesn't sell more than you need, rather he listens and recommends options that he thinks will offer the best value. My experience with him told me there are still people who come to work to do the best job for the customer and properly represent the products his company offers. Quite a rare treat in these me-first days! Great service, amazing sales tech, perfect transaction. Sad I can only assign just 5 stars.”
“After speaking with Tyler it was an easy decision to order my ConnecTen service, the RV park I’m staying at removed their WiFi provider and I had to do something. Upon receiving my browser, simply plugged it in and after about 15 minutes , I’ve had uninterrupted 5G service for work and entertainment! Thank you Tyler!!”
“I had a problem with my phone, Verizon customer service was horrrrrrible (Manny/Trillion/Shian & Justin) were excellent, my problem was so unheard of that it literally took them all to fix my phone, they were patient, helpful, showed concern, worked together and made sure I was a happy customer before I left…….Im never going to any other location and I live approximately 20mins away and there is a location 5mins away from me!”

The customer service I receive here is worth the gas and more! Things are explained to me and solutions are found. I have been on a Verizon plan my whole life. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen majority of the challenges a family can experience with a phone service over the years. 13 years to be approximate. I’m so happy to have remained with a company that hired a person like Mr.Christopher. Definitely the environment embodies a safe place for all, whether you are a tech savvy person or a “detached upgrader”. This store has supplied me with the best service of a lifetime.”

West Orange“Joe has been troubleshooting tech troubles in my house on my devices for about 4 years. He works on my computer, Samsung phones, Samsung televisions and car blue tooth set-ups. Joe is patient and methodical. His fees are reasonable and he is sensitive to costs. I have had security breaches on my computer that he has corrected and set up protections to avoid future problems. He is pleasant and I trust him. Joe responds quickly to requests. I have used Geek Squad a few times but I prefer to call Joe because he comes to the house and does the work right away and is more reasonable than Geek Squad. He is certainly a lot faster. I recommend Joe 100% , he is an expert in his field, he is a nice man and his fees are reasonable.”

I realized that my phone service was not working at the gas pump at Costco’s so I’m waiting in line waiting. I call the t-Mobile line 611. A lady told me to reset my settings and then she would call back my data settings. I did it. She never called back so I drove to the closest T-Mobile that I knew of which was right there on 22 I went in there and, Ava helped me even though she said it would be very hard because she couldn’t see the things on my end because I had a prepaid account and they deal mostly with plans. She ended up calling someone and did because I was calling her on my phone and she ended up making it happen. Got my service back on. I appreciate her. She is very very good at her job.”
“5-star customer service from Awilda; we entered T-Mobile at the Short Hills location for a new IPhone for my niece, as her battery was draining, and her phone would shut on and off.Awilda was helpful and hands on from the beginning of our interaction until the end. She even checked to see if it was possible to trade my niece's older IPhone in before continuing with our transaction.T-Mobile at the Short Hills mall should be very proud to have customer service representatives like Awilda, and it would be great if someone from the corporate office makes sure that this feedback gets to her.”

A+ customer service in a Verizon store where I have come to expect less than that. I think I will come back to this particular store even though it's 15 minutes further than my local one.”
