I have called in about 5 times since purchasing the warranty and everyone that I have spoken to has been very pleasant and helpful! I did not catch the name of the first gentlemen, but he gave Dave the information and Dave reached out to me and was very professional and helpful. Apart from best coverage, my best experience was with one of the employees Aruna , that when I decided to cancel one of my 3 cars she advised me that instead of canceling we can suspend that car so that car is still cover in the parking lot.
