“Can we make this place a nationally protected landmark as a monument to people who go above and beyond? Am I rite? I could talk about the amazing prices, or how well organized the place is. That would be fair, but the moment which was above and beyond was when Dannie, without being asked, wheeled two gigantic jars of driveway sealant to my car. He took time out of his busy day, to do something thoughtful, something more. This store is not the closest to my house, but I will forever be making that drive and be grateful for it. “Picked up several homeowner tool kits to keep in the cars for minor repairs, and a set for the new neighbors as a housewarming gift. Amazing the variety of product here that fits the bill for easy money when a “professional grade” tool isn’t warranted.”

“As a new homeowner, I am not very handy at all. Was not sure even sure what to do with a snowblower I was given (does this thing even work? how do I turn it on?)From the very first call, this place went above and beyond. Debbie called me at least 5 times to coordinate pickup and drop off (due to my busy travel schedule)- she was super flexible, informative, and understanding of my needs- and she left so much important detail in her messages to me. For example, I had to suddenly go into the city on the scheduled drop off date, and she found a way to get my drop off scheduled for the next day so I could be there for it- and she also coordinated with the delivery tech to make sure he stopped to show me how to actually use the machine. She did this with minimal contact with me as I was in meetings all day.The tech that picked up and dropped off the snowblower gave me extremely detailed instructions on how to use the machine as was well as tips to take care of it and avoid future issues. Either Debbie told him I had no idea what I was doing, or he could just sense it from my questions- but he did a great job of giving me dumbed down instructions without being condescending or making me feel like an idiot.My experience from my first call to payment and receipt of my machine was exceptional and painless. I was listened to, prioritized, and treated with kindness and respect. I will be using them again for any equipment needs, and recommend you do too- especially if you are intimidated by machines/equipment/are not handy.”

“Wish I could give this place 10 stars! I ordered composite deck boards from them back in November. They were so friendly and helpful! I immediately felt comfortable asking all my questions. They were very accommodating with working around my schedule for delivering the materials. The delivery was very professional and organized. I was impressed! Not a drop and run like some places. The deck still looks great months later! I can't recommend this place enough! And be sure to say hi to Sox, the store cat, when you stop by!”

My job sometimes offers me one of a kind Electrical situations that involve hard to find supplies and Copper always comes through with whatever I need to get the job completed. In the unlikely event that they don't have what I need they have special ordered my parts and have gotten them for me the next day. You cannot beat that!!”
