What’s the problem here folks? If you need plumbing supplies, most likely, these guys have it!I needed new plumbing parts, walked into this place after homedepot not having what I needed. They new exactly what I needed and sold it to me. Couldn’t be happier.Don’t listen to the negative reviews on here. Yes they are crude and direct, but they are plumbers, what do you expect!I will most definitely be buying more parts from these guys as needed to fix plumbing issues.

Needed an older Delta Peerless shower cartridge. I called and gave the sku for the Delta part. The counter person said they had the part. Great! I drove over and the part is a Chinese knock off for almost twice the price Home Depot would deliver the next day, Stay away unless you’re a plumber passing the cost through to a commercial business on a hot job.

As of February 2023, I do accept the other 1 star ratings. Personals working on the front desk are completely disinterested to work. Have no idea what the customer asks. Material cheap quality. Just waiting for this store to be closed soon and have some other business at least work.

I have no idea why everyone is saying there is horrible service! This place gave me the most beautiful tub and toilet and I am very happy. The workers were so friendly and engaged and the process was so quick!!! I will be coming back!!

Wow how condescending can someone be? Go to Hanover Plumbing Suppy and find out especially if you are a woman. Brought in the broken part and the guy goes "I have never seen that before." I went to Home Depot and they had 20. Go somewhere else to get plumbing help.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I've never seen a sadder collection of disinterested mopes in my life. I'm all for giving local businesses my money, but this place deserves (and is begging) to be taken out by Amazon and Home Depot.

I'm not a plumber, just needed a part to fix a leaking faucet. It was really hard to find out information online about the exact part I needed due to all the different variations among manufacturers. I bought the wrong one online and returned it to Home Depot. I actually went to another plumbing supply store first and they didn't have it, but recommended Hanover Supply. They had my part right behind the counter and I was on my way. The whole experience was great, really made me appreciate talking to people who are local and knowledgeable.

Go some where else. After 1 year of having a bathroom vanity, the paint started peeling.This company does not stand by their product.

I have purchased my fixtures for my kitchen and bathrooms in my old house and new as well as toilets. Great selection in their store. They took back a couple items that I didn't want. Good customer service. Overall, made my purchasing so much easier.
