What a great experience we had with our Yorkie Gabby. The staff is very polite, knowledgeable, and understandable. They took the time to hear our concerns and explained everything we needed to do to improve our dog's life. Even though the veterinarian center is far from our home, I will continue bringing Gabby since I know she will get the best care. Thank you, Veterinary Center of Morris County, for your excellent care!

If you want your dog to live, do not go to the Veterinary Center of Morris County! Unfortunately I had to give one star but they're not even worth 0 stars. My 12 year old shitzu has been coming here since she's 3 months old. While jumping on an ottoman she accidentally missed. She was yelping in pain so we rushed her over. She couldn't stand on her right hind leg. They said everything looked okay she probably strained a tendon. They gave her a muscle relaxer to take and told not to jump on furniture, climb stairs, etc. Three days later we take her over again as she was not doing any better. This time they took an X-ray and said nothing was wrong. Gave her gabapentin and trazodone to take. By last Friday she couldn't even get up. Took her over again on Saturday. Again they said there was nothing wrong with her right hind leg. Also told she had gas in her belly. By Sunday she wasn't eating, wouldn't respond to her name, basically comatose. Rushed her to AERA in Caldwell. After an extensive examination she has a serious UTI and severe hip dysplasia. How could they have not diagnosed all this? Our dog is still in the hospital and has a long recovery.

Love this place. All the doctors and technicians are so friendly. The doctors recommend their course of treatment and often give other less aggressive options. They often give discounts on exam fees or free pedicures. The doctor always call the day after a procedure to check on your pet. If it's just a simple shot, the technicians call you. They don't push for exams, bloodwork or shots that are coming due. We've been bringing our dogs here for quite some time. We would never trust any other regular vet than these doctors. They take their time talking to you and take pride in their work. And if your dog has to go to an emergency veterinarian, the doctors check up daily with you.

After my friend had rave reviews about Vet Center Morris County, I recently switched Veterinary Centers. I couldn't be happier with their level of service, attention to detail, and overall care of my Lady girl. This place has such positive energy, and they all work together, bouncing ideas off each other, for one ultimate endgame - keep your pet healthy. They have an entire team of vets, techs, and assistants focused on my dog's specific needs from the minute we booked our appointment. We liked our last vet, but he's getting ready to retire and seemed to do the bare minimum, he didn't have any new equipment like X-rays and ultrasound, and we were tired of bringing her to different offices. This team has it all; they even have vets specializing in dermatology and are fear-free certified. A++ for this Gem.

In response to the Dr who responded to my review they called me once after his surgery. That is it. His cherry eye is still there. They also provided me with the Trupanion info to get insurance through them…makes me think are they working together to scam people out of money? Beware before you bring your dog here. They are cons.

HORRIBLE RECEPTIONIST!! FIND ANOTHER VET!! I had made an appointment two weeks ago to bring my dog in for some issues she was having. They are not life-threatening but still need to be addressed. Two weeks ago I was told that the soonest appointment they had was Friday 3/26. Today 3/24 I called to tell them I needed to reschedule the appointment because I have to go to Pennsylvania and we will be away for the weekend. The woman asked me when I would like to come in and I said the next soonest available appointment you have after Friday. She told me the soonest appointment would be April 13 and I said OK I guess I'll have to take that one. She then proceeded to tell me " well if your dog is sick and uncomfortable why would you want to wait two weeks to have her seen?" I said to her but that's when you told me the next available appointment is so I have to accept that and there's nothing I can do about it because you're telling me that's the soonest you can see her. I don't understand what you're asking me. She then told me " well you're saying you have to go away to Pennsylvania for the weekend but your dog is sick and you're willing to wait two weeks? I would suggest you should go to an emergency care visit before you leave" I said well I don't think it's life-threatening it's just some issues that need to be addressed. She said if your dog is uncomfortable then she should be seen right away. I said I don't know how uncomfortable she is, she's scooting around a bit and sometimes not eating, but I don't think it's a big thing and you know what maybe I should go somewhere else because I feel like you're not handling this in the right manner. I told her I think you're being very rude and unprofessional. HERE IS THE KICKER! She then proceeds to tell me " Thats fine, I'll email you your pets charts". I then said well OK and I would like to speak to the office manager. She said she's not here and won't be back for two weeks. I said OK then let me speak to someone in charge and she told me there's no one in charge, there's no one here. I said but you are there so somebody's there and she said I don't have time for this and I'm not going to argue with you and I'm going to hang up on you now and she did. She hung up on me. WOW!! I've been to this place on several occasions before this and did not have any problems, but this was completely unacceptable. Not only will I never go there again but I will recommend anyone I know with a pet or getting a pet to not go to this facility. How horrible of a personality to represent a business. Wow. Update: 4/24/21. Megan, the owner of the business replied to this review with a canned comment defending the employees actions. Never did I say my situation was an emergency nor did I complain about not being able to get an appointment. I never once stated I was upset about either. I was simply trying to reschedule my current appointment. My issue was with the condescending tone with which she chose to use with me continuously as if I was abusing my pet by not taking her to an emergency center nor did she even refer me to one. So I guess your so called standard procedures need some reinforcement. I was told the Office Manager was out for 2 weeks and no supervisor on site, but now Megan says she will be in tomorrow if I'd like to call and her name is Becky. I'm sure that call will be worth my time. The simple fact that someone who owns this business would not take a minute to put in a personal phone call to find out why a completely negative review about this company was left on 4 different sites speaks volumes about the company and the owner(s). This particular owners arrogance is only outweighed by her lack of empathy.

I wish I could give more than 5 starts, yesterday my German Shepherd Bailey saw Dr. Andrea Pribula. Bailey was not putting weight on his back paw. Dr. Andrea immediately assessed my boy Bailey and called me in the car, due to COVID we are not allowed in with our pets which is not only stressful for our pets but I think more so for pet parents. She was informative and thorough and I knew Bailey was inside in good hands. Thank You Dr. Pribula and Vet Center of Morris. I am so happy that I made the switch to your office back in May of 2020. I hope to meet you all in person once COVID is over, STAY SAFE ! With love, Cris & Larry Pucciarello and our Shepherd boys Jeter & Bailey.

My dog suffers from arthritis and was feeling great just after her first visit. Personally, I appreciated the follow up after the visit. I got a call to see how everything went.

This vet has helped us with emergencies twice now. Their hours are fantastic and both times were able to accommodate us when our usual vet was closed. The first time was for an emergency euthanization . This is never easy but with the staff who was so consoling and caring it helped us tremendously and helped our kitten cross the rainbow bridgeThey are so sweet, and caring towards our cats and you can truly tell they love what they do! They are a tad more expensive but for the respect you receive towards not only yourself, but for your pets is so worth it. Definitely a reliable vet for your fur babies!

Since getting our pup just a few months ago, she's had a ROUGH start. Fell off the bed and fractured her leg, had gastro issues, respiratory issues (we are hoping she has all the problems out of her system lol!). For the probably hundreds of appointments we have already had, everyone at the vet center of Morris county has been so kind, helpful, and gone above and beyond expectations for our puppy's health. When she did fracture her leg, they took her in immediately and referred us to a specialist very shortly after. I have called them countless times and everyone I have spoken to has always been extremely helpful and guided me in the right direction.Having to do all of these appointments during quarantine would have probably been difficult elsewhere, but their office made every appointment so easy. From check in to check out the process was seamless. I can not recommend this vet center enough! Thank you all for all you do for our Roni every time she is in!
