This 5 star rating is for Nelson, who tried to help me with the pkg that was wrongly sent 3 day delivery from a different FedEx office. He was the only FedEx employee who tried to find a solution and I appreciated his efforts greatly. Thank you Nelson.

Easy and quick drop off of packages. Staff were nice. In and out with no lines.
