The pharmacist and staff at Ridgedale are amazing. I couldn't ask for better service. It is always a pleasure engaging with this team. They treat every Rx with care and always follow up.

Minute clinic nurse said insurance would cover our sons vaccine shots. Insurance did not cover the shots.Customer beware! Confirm with your insurance before using the minute clinic. Shame on you, CVS. You just pocketed easy $$ from the lies your employee told.

I was a frequent patron of this CVS pharmacy for years. The staff members were exceptionally courteous, professional, and helpful; they made that extra effort to learn about me, personally, which is the hallmark of great customer service.Unfortunately, I recently moved away from that area, so I don't use the pharmacy regularly any more. However, once when I was having trouble filling a prescription, I reached out to them and they helped me find it.I would recommend the CVS of East Hanover without hesitation!

I have been to other CVS drugstores;however, this CVS stands out among the others. First of all, it is clean and organized. The staff are courteous and helpful. Most notably the minute clinic is well run and hassle free. I highly recommend this store as the gold standard of cVS stores in the area!

Me personally, I was shopping for something for my grand-daughters birthday. This lady walked up to me with a very mean and distinct look. She started kicking me out of her store because apparently, the day was very nice out. I was trying to be understanding and ask her what the reason was for kicking me out, and she simply responded with “leave”. There was no reason to yell at me, or even speak to me like that. All I wanted was to grab a card for a birthday party and I could not do that. Do not buy here.

Very bad service. After I paid for my items the worker turned around from me and didn’t push my purchase to me. I had to take my stuff reaching to her. That’s very poor manner and it was very unpleasant to be there.

i have never had a problem with these people in 20 years, i get all my scripts from them,i’m a senior and Cheryl ( she is a doll) spent 10 minutes explaining my benefit's to me, find another pharmacist willing to spend that much time with you, if your not happy go to walgreens, these people are 10

Corporate better get in their and revamp the pharmacy area and people. No sense of urgency, could care less about helping. They definitely lost their personal touch. I'm shocked as to how bad they are.

Located close to the center of town this is the go-to place for any convenient needs. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly. Tons of parking as well

This is about the Minute Clinic. A basic failure to communicate. We went for rapid test - we were on time INSIDE the clinic area - both clinicians saw us and acknowledged us and our testing time. However , unknown to us and with no instruction in the email or signs, they call your phone to let you know you can come in for testing. We didn't pick up as our phones are on international plans and on airplane mode. For some inexplicable reason the clinic said because we did not answer the phone- they absolutely refused to test us then and said we missed our window - even though she saw us inside! She then kept us waiting with no guarantee of when we could be tested. She proceeded to be very rude and implying she wouldn't have to test us . We were forced to rush and go to another location to ensure we could make our international travel deadline.

CVS - minute clinic ruined our vacation. I wish I could give zero stars, but that's not an option. My husband and I scheduled rapid COVID tests weeks in advance for our trip to Ireland on December 26th. We received several confirmations of the appointment via email and text, even a confirmation text 24 hours prior to our scheduled test. We then received an email the morning of our scheduled test that the test was cancelled, no reason was stated, no alternate provided. We proceed to go to CVS in person, because by some off chance maybe the email was sent in error. We arrived there and both the pharmacy and the store manager refused to help or provide any assistance they simply said "We have nothing to do with minute clinic, it's an outside vendor" and "they haven't been here in days". Of the three employees we spoke to in the store - not one was willing to claim responsibility for the actions of CVS MinuteClinic. We called the number provided in the cancellation email - never to talk to a person, only a useless automated system that lead to another dead end. By the time we received the email of our cancellation all other rapid testing sites in the area were already at capacity and were no longer accepting patients for the day. Because CVS cancelled our tests we were unable to travel to Ireland. Our flights were non refundable, our rentals were non refundable. Because of the negligence of CVS, we lost over $4,000. CVS - this is an absolute travesty and an example of poor management, negligence and terrible business practices. I'm disgusted and this review will not be the last word, I demand action, reparation and response.
