Bought a necklace for my daughter and had it engraved. Words were off center. They did it over but ground down the piece now it looks thin from the material they took away. Won't see me back here.

John and his wife are the nicest people and do great work. For a long time we had just been going in to have batteries replaced and he treated us like great customers. The great customer service paid off recently as we had him do a number of things for us. He is very fair and will get you anything you want. They are our go to jewelers!!

My family and I have been going to Crystal Jewelers for Years and years. They always do such stunning work and John always takes the time to go over everything with you, down to the littlest of details. I am always so amazed by the beautiful work he does. My custom wedding bands he did for me recently are absolute perfection! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

came in to reset a stone and was very satisfied. John is honest in his work, and gave fair pricing. I went to other jewelers in the area who not only have a long wait time, but charge ridiculous amounts. highly recommend Crystal Jewelers!!
