Like Costco just wish people would pay attention to shopping rather than taste testing and blocking the flow of traffic.

Nice store. Would have been better if the gas station is near to the store

I don't know what Costco's problem is, but I just want for the first time in my life, and it's the last time I'll be there the service was awful. It was nasty. All the cash registers were nasty. You guys are selling food as poisonous, with bugs that's a safety hazard, My dad is lawyer and I am friends with the police officer, so I can literally sue you guys. And they were not clear what is the name of know which card to pay. We didn't even know that you had to pay of a visa card. The selection was awful. There were no signs in the isles. The value was awful. If you're looking for a store that sells Bad food and bad customer service that this store is for you!!!!!!! my mom works so hard and you guys don't even care. This is the worst shopping experience, I've had in my entire life!! If your name is not even on the card, they won't even except it. That is so stupid. This experience was the worst. I thought Costco will be better than this and I thought Costco was safe but I guess not. If anyone's looking for a bad store to shop at 10 this is the store for you.

This place does not care about the elderly and their caretakers. Went to the store to get things for an elderly person i care for but was denied because the wheelchair bound person was not present. Since it is the holidays season i did not want to subject this person to the crowded virus ridden store so i left her in the car. The store is not very wheelchair friendly to begin with on the off-season, but was even more crowded today. Shame on Costco for not allowing me to shop for the person. The store claims they are for all inclusivity, except when it comes to wheelchair bound people then they deny their caretakers.

This was my first time visiting this Costco, and boy, I told you it was so hard to locate anything and anyone. There's no sign to say what's down each isle. You just gotta figure it out. Which isn't helpful at all when you're trying to get in and out of a store. And finding help was even harder. The first person I saw I had to yell down a isle to get their attention for help. No, I didn't want to, but it was necessary in this situation. I was so over walking around for no reason. I did notice that they're offering flu shots in store. I wasn't interested but happy they had it available for the one that were. I also noticed they had 2 ppl on a register and a few lines closed, although it wasn't a long wait I didn't see the point of 2 ppl to a line when they could've just open other lines. But that is just my opinion and observations. The store was clean and well stocked and had things I didn't see in the union store. The saff was hard to locate until check out. I had a $1.50 hotdog after, and it was delicious. I can't go wrong with a Costco hotdog. The recipe checkers were extra on their job, we had different recipes and hr wouldn't allow us to leave until he saw both as if we did pay for or items or after we paid we walked back in to take something it was so wired and also nothing I am used to but I guess that was thought in training. If you're in a rush and need to locate something, try another location you'll be walking around for hrs trying to find it or someone to help.

Could use more Handicap parking. Variety of foods fresh, frozen, prepared . Nice selection of produce. Organic products sprinkled in throughout the store. Bring a friend and share. Somethings will spoil if not used quickly. And it just might be more than you are looking for. Be open minded and try the ethnic products. There are free food samples all over the store. Some use it as their personal buffet. The shopper are generally courteous. It is difficult to find an employee for assistance. Bring your bags to bring all of your funds home. Senior Citizen approved.

The tellers are rude. Such a sad way to end the shopping trip.Less than 10 items in my cart spread out for easy scanning. I was holding my 2 year and the scanner lady asked me to empty the cart. Really?!?

If you are looking for the expired and smelly produce that’s the place for you. This is the second time and my last I will ever shop at this location. The first time I bought lamb chops that were past their prime. Yesterday I was lucky again to purchase bad flounder fillets. All produce was ‘in date’ and not near the expiration, which means they pack a bad fish and meat and try to push it as fresh. I love Costco but this location fails miserably to meet the standard.Note to management:Do your job and start supervising your meat and fish department. Perhaps open couple packages and smell what you are selling to people.

I was helped by Andrea. She was so kind and constantly had a smile on her face. She was so professional as well. Every store associate should be just like her!

Someone posted this Costco is checking id's at checkout accusing corporate of being greedy. We are traveling from Michigan. They are checking id's there also. It isn't corporate greed. When you sign up for the annual membership, you are agreeing to 2 cards per household. They lose a ton of money from people giving non-members their cards to use. Membership is inexpensive! I think it's more people abusing the system, not corporate greed! If you don't want to pay the annual fee, shop somewhere else.

If Costco's were a female, I would renew my wedding vows every year. Wouldn't need a rebate check. Absolutely best experience ever. I love Carmen in the North Plainfield store. She is the best employee ever. Bravo to her. Great customer service ?? ??
