“Another service station installed struts and shocks and two new tires, but afterwords my car made a low, annoying sound. When I took my car back to get that fixed they said they didn’t hear this sound.
Richard’s took the time, treated the issue seriously, and solved the problem, no hassles. They also washed my car! Thank you Richard’s!!!”

The car wash recognizes cars with a monthly membership and opens the turnpike for entrance. The directions for when and how to pull onto the conveyor belt are straightforward. There's staff available for assistance if needed. This car wash thoroughly cleans your car, leaving a nice shine and finish. The last part of the wash focuses on washing the tires. Multiple vacuum cleaners are available afterward, which makes this auto spa one of a kind. It's worth every penny!”
“It's reasonably priced for the value. The monthly plan is solid. I appreciate the automated cleaning process—it's efficient. The human cleaners are thorough and speedy. Plus, the service is friendly. They have personal vacuums at a good price too, $1 for 4 minutes. I wouldn’t anything past the Gold package, having gotten the higher packages (it’s not worth it). Overall, they deliver a decent job.”
“Purchased the VIP service for my Honda Pilot after my son brought it to the Giants game and him and his friends had snacks all over the back seat and spills were on the carpet.
I mentioned this to the attendants and they took care of cleaning everything up !

“Quick friendly service, at reasonable prices, with lots of different price point options as well as detailing service. They also sell car mats, wipers, huge assortment of car fresheners, and various other car accessories. I received the platinum package and while it was a good job, there were still some smudge as well as bird "remnants" on my windshield.. That's why not 5 stars...but would definitely go back and try the detailing service.”
