Absolutely amazing experience here! I brought my dress in from an outside place (I didn’t buy it there) and they took great care of me from beginning to end. Her prices are extremely reasonable and she did a great job with my alterations. Definitely trust them if you are looking for a place to get your dress altered, whether you bought it there or not!

Bridal Chateau is an incredible hidden gem. I absolutely loved my experience buying and altering my wedding dress here. From the first appointment and every fitting after, Esther and Laura were amazingly attentive and knowledgeable. Esther guided me through selecting my dress and pulled gowns that were EXACTLY what I had described during our consultation. It seems like she has her whole inventory memorized and has the perfect dress for any style or occasion. I ended up needing to suddenly change the day of my wedding and Esther and Laura were so kind and helped my dreams come true by speeding up the alterations process to make sure my dress would be ready for my new date. The dress is stunning and the alterations are perfect! I cannot recommend Bridal Chateau highly enough!!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Bridal Chateau or recommend them enough. Buying my wedding dress online, I was nervous about choosing the right seamstress to alter my gown. Within 5 minutes of trying it on the seamstress, Laura, had it pinned and looking so much better already. I initially wasn’t able to pull the dress on because there wasn’t enough give, and I was stressed thinking about having to pull it over my head on my wedding day. Laura and Esther worked together to alter it, allowing me to pull it on without compromising the look of the gown. Esther is friendly, organized and you can tell she and Laura know what they’re doing. If you are looking for a seamstress for your wedding or any special occasion COME HERE!! I can not sing this place enough praises! Esther was so helpful, responsive, and kind. I was able to find my dress for my daughter’s wedding with such ease. I would recommend everyone to come here for any of their wedding/ outing needs. Will definitely be back.

This place has all the experience and knowledge you need. Esther helped me find the right gown, as mother of the groom, and the seamstress, Laura, made the perfect alterations for me as well as for my daughter with her bridesmaid gown. We looked great and felt great.Thank you Bridal Chateau!!

I can't say enough about Esther! My daughter was searching for this one bridal gown from a previous season. Of all the stores she called, no one offered to contact the manufacturer and see if they could get a sample of this gown... until she spoke to Esther! She saved the day because that dress was THE dress for my daughter. We placed the order on that first visit of dress shopping. Esther and her staff have treated my daughter with such care throughout this process. They take their time to offer the best customer service possible. Our seamstress, Laura, is a gem! We thank Esther and her staff at Bridal Chateau! The wedding is in 4 days and our Bride is going to look spectacular!

I cant Rave enough about The Bridal Chateau!!!Esther and her team are amazing. I got my mother of the bride dress here. Incredible, selection, great pricing. Affordable alterations. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. If you are looking for a formal dress this must be on your list to look. Great customer service is really hard to find.

I found this store by accident, having had a disappointing appointment at another bridal store. I was looking for a Mother of the Bride dress- something special that actually looked good on me! After trying on a few dresses here, I found " the one"- I ordered it in a different color, with different sleeves, neckline and trim! While I told them I was planning on losing weight before the wedding( they say everyone intends that!), none of us were anticipating my 31 lbs loss in 4.5 months. The dress literally fell off me- I had lost 3 sizes! Thank God for Esther and especially Laura, the seamstress! After 6 meticulous fittings, Laura was able to give me not only a dress that fit me like a glove, but one that made my dream dress a reality - altering every single section til I was perfectly happy! I got a shocking amount of compliments on my dress during and after the wedding. I was thrilled with both my dress and the kind, helpful and experienced help I received. True professionals who really cared about me, not just the sale. (The alterations were literally half of what I expected!) I can't recommend them highly enough. They have a huge selection of dresses, but once you buy a dress somewhere, that's when real customer service comes in. And they nailed it!

I came here for my wedding dress. Esther was absolutely amazing to me and my mom. From the start she took her time to help make my vision come to life. I told her what I was interested in trying on but was open to new styles. We tried on about 12 dresses and I said yes to the dress that same day! I didn’t want to go anywhere else because Esther was so helpful and kind. She even helped me get in and out of every dress I tried on. Communication was great and she gave me her honest opinions when I asked and I appreciated that because she’s a woman who knows what she is doing. She made me feel beautiful. I also bought my veil and this stunning crown from the shop. Esther helped my mom find a mother of the bride dress as well. The whole experience was wonderful. I never felt pressured to buy anything. The whole staff was focused on understanding what I wanted and being excited with me for my wedding day. They were timely and made sure everything was done Correctly. Shout out to Laura the seamstress. She cut our dresses to make sleeves with the extra material and she hemmed both dresses perfectly. That woman was on her hands and knees. If that ain’t dedication, I don’t know what is. I love my wedding dress and the experience I had with everyone at the Bridal Chateau was nothing but wonderful and stress free. Thank you so so much for making me feel beautiful on my wedding day.

Went to look at Prom dresses and there wasn’t a very large selection. Just go and look at the bridesmaids dresses or anything like that, don’t specify. The assistance was very nice, she was very helpful in pulling examples of what kind of prom dress I was looking for but the samples were size 10 or smaller. I am a size 14/16 and couldn’t fit into any samples so it wasn’t very helpful with finding a good look.

Simply the best! From the minute you enter Bridal Chateau and meet Esther your in good hands. Needing a dress for my sons wedding I went there. After a little chat she picked out 4 dresses for me and all looked beautiful on. They were all in the budget I gave her and I had only seen one in another store before. The dress I choose came in exactly when it was supposed to. Then I met Laura,(seamstress) who is amazing. Talented, patient and gets your dress to fit the way you imagined it would. The whole dress shopping experience was a wonderful dream. Everyone spread the word - Bridal Chateau - SIMPLY THE BEST!!!!!

The Bridal Chateau is one of the best kept secrets in East Hanover. Esther the owner takes care of each customer with the best care. Unlike the big bridal places, this smaller shope, gives you individual attention and a huge selection of dresses.

I cannot recommend Esther and her team at Bridal Chateau enough! The store has so many dresses to choose from and she knows what she's doing! She listened to my bridal vision but made some suggestions and helped me find my dream dress. Once we started alterations her seamstress worked her magic. Everything about my experience was perfect. She also has so many mother of the bride / groom dresses. My mom got her dress for my wedding and my brothers wedding and also had a great experience!
