“I was in New Jersey for a wake and funeral and had a flat tire. I had to be back up in New York the next day by 3:00 so I called the closest Ford I could find and spoke with Ryan in the service department who was absolutely wonderful to work with. He listened to me explain the situation I was in and told me I could drop off my car early the next morning. He said he would get right to it and that he would have my car ready no later than 1:00. Within 10 minutes of me dropping my car off and pulling out of the lot, he had already called to tell me that he had the tire in stock and that they would get started. I called back after the funeral to check in on the status and he was filling out the paperwork, getting my car ready for pickup. When I arrived, the paperwork was all ready. All I had to do was sign and pay. Ryan was pleasant, kind and truly helped me when I needed it. The service department worked as a team, helping each other and myself make the experience as efficient and comforting as possible. They also were super honest with their fees only charging me for the cost of the tire and $50 in labor. Super thankful! Thank you thank you!!”
