They are no longer $1.99. I went in with 3 items and they said it was $11.02. They are now $3.50 per item. They took down the sign on the outside which noted $1.99

They do not post prices for: comforter, coats, etc! I took curtains there and the woman said $10 for each panel, I asked her why prices aren't posted? She said "everybody knows the price" in a hostile tone. I have read other post about a rude woman, I think that was her!

Pricing is not clear. They say $2.50 any item and $1.50 per shirt… but the $1.50 per shirt is laundered not dry cleaned.. it does not say this on the window so you say you want it dry cleaned and you’re paying $2.50 per shirt.Also they charge nearly 5% surcharge for credit cards. They do not disclose this and you don’t see it until it is on the receipt. And 5% is significantly more than the CC processing fee so they are really just looking for more profit.

The shrunk a pair of wool pants, burnt a few things over the years. Not good for high quality clothing, cotton is fine. Nice staff.

Correction....they did not steal my shirt. It was at their Totowa branch. I apologized to the manager for my error. Completely my fault.

The price is spiking without any notice. It is $2.50 now from $1.99 ?And they now charge $6 on all down jackets and long coats. In all, they are not very starlight forward for their pricing. Staffs are not friendly either. Don’t go!
