Very unprofessional, I told them I am in a hurry I had a lawyer appointment, and they didn't care he was training someone new and he wouldn't help me ,I believe customers come first and he should leave the training and help me fist, the workers in this place very rude and unpleasant, except the girl.

Worst internet service provider out there. Imagine during a pandemic when people are working from home they continuously have power outages which takes them over 8 hours to fix.. in the middle of business hours.I wish optimum, Verizon, or spectrum could cover my are. XFINITY is the worst.

Had never been to the store before. Had a billing problem and since I was unable to speak to anyone from Comcast over the phone. This was my only option, the employee who helped was very knowledgeable and resolved my issue.

Read the bad reviews so I was ready for a bad experience BUT I did not have one. I was helped immediately. Handed in my equipment and was asked to wait for someone to call me. Less than a minute later, a gentleman came to get me. He handed me a receipt and I was done!

This was a great store! This location did move from Auer Court which is nearby to the mall, which to me isn't the best location but due to the struggles of how the mall is, I think it's a good add-in. The staff is friendly, and they did work quickly, despite being crowded, which is odd that the mall was not. I had to return my Xfinity controllers because I was moving, and there would be no need for us using them. The staff did work quickly, and was helpful, overall and did not have an attitude, like what I've experienced on the phone. Good store, overall!

First time there. You must make appointment during this time but you are treated very nicely. Personnel are well qualified and so helpful Store well lit and merchandise displayed nicely.
