I received good service at office. The only problem l had was that the process took longer than I had expected because of a printer issue. I suggest the office should have a standby printer in case the main printer is having a problem

They valued my beautiful black 2011 Ford Edge SEL AWD with only 176k miles on the online quote at $3200. (already $800 less than KBB.) But, I went for my appointment in Lebanon TN and never told the salesman (Todd) that I had be an award winning car salesman at one of the biggest TN dealerships in the state. He was very suspicious in the way he tried to make everything a big deal, and when I tried to ask he would continually speak loudly and interrupt me. So, I just played dumb and gave him enough rope. We went out and he took about 45 minutes to inspect every little piece of dirt and touch everything that looked like it may be damage. He had an instrument that he said tested paint for new paint over damage. He went over the car with a fine tooth comb trying to fabricate problems to devalue it. We finally went in and it took forever for him to try to justify all the reasons and excuses why the car was not only worth over a $1000 less than what they originally offered me, but now there is an undisclosed $350 doc fee even tho they had never disclosed it in the beginning. Then, his loud constant interruptions pushed me over the edge. I gave him a figure that was my bottom line ($2900) even and he said he would call. I picked up my paper work and went to wait in the car. He came out and again with the excuses and negotiations for far less. I shut the window and drove off. After calling me 3 more times and claiming he was my friend (LOL!) I told him if he calls again I would file harassment charges against him and the company. Then when I got home, I got another call from the corporate office wanting to know why the sale didn't happen. Again I told him I will file charges if they didn't stop calling me.THAT'S how I knew they REALLY wanted my nice car to resell. Back to Marketplace...

When I arrived, the car was quoted well below the offer and below other quotes. I tried to call the "manager" at a later point and the number was not in service. Very frustrating and shady.

I tried to sell my vehicle at a estate auction and the highest bid was seriously under valued. I called WBAC.COM and they set up an appointment quickly. Even though the price offered was less than what I hoped for it was substantially higher than the auction. I think the whole process was quite fast and fair. I want to recommend David for his knowledge and professionalism.
