Out of a lot of sandwich items and the service is slow. I waited 18 mins for a turkey sandwich. if I had not use the self kiosk to pay, I would've just walked out.

I go regularly to this one. The people making the food are loud and hear them talking about customers. The cashiers are rude, and give you a hard time with the app. It used to be clean, but now it is so dirty I go to another place.

5 years this place used to be decent but lately it's been disappointing. The cashier ringing items that you didnt buy and when you go back to get a refund for 1 item they make you make 20-30 mins. Like people have to go to work why you making them wait. Then after all the waiting, the problem get fixed in 1 minute. Freaking crazy what this wawa has become in past years.

About six months ago, my friend tried to buy cigarettes at Wawa. They asked for ID and the girl cashier at the counter insisted my friend was not the person in her ID. My friend has multiple sclerosis, and has been on long-term prednisone use, which caused weight gain and her face to be puffy. Prior to this she was slim!
My friend has been severely self-conscious, since this incident. My wife was there during the incident and told them that this was in fact, the girl in the ID. The whole ordeal makes no sense considering, people go years and years without getting new photos on their IDs.
There are some really nice people who work at this Wawa , but there’s also some people that seem to deliberately go out of their way to cause friction.

I just want to let travelers know -they do not have a public restroom. We asked and the employee told us go to Walgreens across the street.

There was an asian lady who had a very aggressive tone. This is the second time my friends and I have been approached by her in such tone when we are just looking at what to buy. Hope management steps in.

I’ve been going to this location for a long time, way before the remodel. It’s always been pretty good. The manager is great.
One criticism is that one of the longtime employees Robert makes weird comments to people. I think he’s trying to be funny but it comes off as creepy and insulting.

Horrible service, young staff and managers that are extremely rude and don’t have a clue how to run a store. Coffee is never ready, staff gives an attitude when asked to replace the pots and refuse to make coffee. Employees hanging around doing anything. Store is always dirty and outside always has garbage everywhere.

I’ve only been here twice since I’ve moved to East Brunswick but each time the service has been fantastic, the staff is very accommodating with my requests and everything comes out delicious, they are also very friendly. One of the better Wawa’s I’ve been to!

Luisa the cashier was the best.She was so sweet and helpful. she definitely deserves a raise. she even reminded us to use our Wawa rewards card when we forgot
