Went in and asked the mean ignorant Indian man at cash register where I can send a western union? Immediately responded angrily "we don't have here" it was like I interrupted him from doing NOTHING as I was the only person there at the time.So a young lady overheard and came and directed me to kiosk. After I completed she instructed me to go back to this angry employee and give him my phone number to pay for the transaction.....AGAIN, RUDE AND IGNORANT RESPONSE FROM THISMan that refused to help me because I told him I didn't appreciate his attitude. I wouldn't go back to this place if they were giving away everything for free!! They need to vet their employees before hiring any ignorant, rude and angry immigrant!!!

Walgreens on Riders lane in East Brunswick,NJ I went there to fill my prescription they took my insurance information. And told me it would take 15 to 20 minutes after a 1/2 hour I went to the register and was told it wasn't ready yet And they would text me when it was. Then about 20 minutes later they told me they didn't have it in stock. By this time my Doctors office was closed. So now I am home in terrible pain and suffering. So I'm going to the ER. I will never buy anything from Walgreens again.

I would give them 0 stars if I can! Horrible pharmacy!! I started bringing my medication here out of convenience and it’s been anything but convenient! The pharmacists here are nasty idiots. My dr called my prescription in three times and they still didn’t have it! The pharmacists as I’m sitting here writing this review are on their cell phones. They are all illiterate! What makes things worse is that they once were giving me someone else’s personal information and medication! I will be reporting them so that no one goes through the hell I’m going through right now!! Don’t waste your time! It’s not worth the headache!

They treat customers like criminals ! God help you if you return something that’s a Walgreens branded item sealed and unused without a receipt. They also refuse to take coupons or otc cards. The two women who work nights act like everything is criminal. And can never be bothered to be nice or be at the register. I once stood waiting for someone to help me, For a solid 15 minutes. While they had a conversation. There’s a young man who works evenings with dark longish hair. Who is friendly and nice. It’s the only time there’s decent service.

"Beware of Walgreens' Deceptive Practices! My wife returned items to Walgreens and received a merchandise card in exchange, only to find out it had a grand total of $0.00 on it. Essentially, Walgreens took back the items and handed us a worthless piece of paper.We were left utterly frustrated and disappointed with this blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. With a CVS conveniently located in Target just down the block, offering similar items at a more affordable price, there's no reason to bother with this Ryder's Lane Walgreens pharmacy.To make matters worse, it's evident we're not the only ones dissatisfied, considering the dismal 2-star rating this location has received. Save yourself the trouble and choose a pharmacy that values its customers and their hard-earned money. Steer clear of this Walgreens – they clearly don't deserve your business!"

Walgreens itself is a great pharmacy. The managers of this branch are extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. I had a medication that my insurance covers with a copay of 2$. When I requested online for a medication to be mailed from their branch, they charged me 26.95$ instead of the 2$ copay without my knowledge. When I checked the receipt I told them about it and they had audacity to tell me that they did me a favor for charging Good Rx instead of my insurance. Long story short I had to go to their store to request a refund and when they gave me the refund in cash they gave me 26$ instead of 26.95$ without even telling me. I only later found out that they rounded it down from 26.95 to 26 purposefully. This says it all about how sketchy this place is. Never dealing with them again!

The pharmacists are always friendly, ready to help and efficient! Even in the wee hours of the night. They make calls for you instead of giving you a 10 step process to follow. My favorite pharmacy!

Walgreens of East Brunswick, question eyedrops manufactured by Akorn about recall. The pharmacist got snippy with me and said they would not have them on the shelf if they were. Also said she was the pharmacist, not me. Well,I used the dro & it came out that Akorn recalled all Human & Animal medications. Better READ where your medication is from, comes from Akorn they said to destroy it.

I was using Walgreens, east brunswick as FedEx pick up point. When I claimed my package, they said didn’t have it . Even though I got the email, and messag says “ ready to pick up” so I thought it was somehow messed up . I had to came home empty handed and later I got the same email and message “ready to pick up” so I called up to make sure they have it. The lady said at first they didn’t have packages from fedex for the day , I told her I checked already with fedex it already delivered for the day AND THEN ~ she said that can’t check , b/c there’s is a lot of box so she said that come the store check myself?? What ?? I was so confused . It was around 7:30 pm , she sounded young and doesn’t want be there . What kind of customer service. “Walgreens “ you need to train the workers!!

My husband gets his prescriptions from this store. I would never use them they are rude. dysfunctional. And non Commutative. I asked them to ship out a prescriptions 5 days ago today I called and they are still siting in the store. This place is horrible. We've gotten incorrect prescriptions. damaged cream prescriptions and nether time did they want to take responsibility. They actually charged for thr incorrect prescription You are using them at your own risk

I came in on 02/11/2023 at around 10pm to pick up my prescription. I just want to say the pharmacist working at the time is absolutely amazing. She was very patient and understanding and very pleasant. Thank you again!

I went here on 1/17/2022 to fill a prescription for my 3 month old. The technician who serviced me while at the drive thru was the most professional I’ve ever met. Walgreens couldn’t fill one of the items as it was on back order. She gave me an attitude, kept cutting me off while I tried asking if there was another Walgreens to call etc. at one point she said “anything to help you breathe is out of stock” and when I asked if she could call another store she said “no I’m not calling to ask about your prescription” and rolled her eyes. She was rude and rolled her eyes the entire time she spoke to me. I’ve never seen this person there before and I am a frequent customer. I wish I would have gotten her name to formally file a complaint but she’s skinny with black hair and what seems to be scars on top of her lips.
