Mail truck for EB pulled up parked right in front of the complex but also in front my driveway. I give a little honk and signal if he can move back so I can pull in. The driver immediately goes nuts and curses me and out and threatens to want to fight me. Maybe don’t block someone’s driveway with your car and act a bit more professional. Saying I have to wait my turn. Buddy I’m not waiting for you to deliver mail to every mail box in the building for you to move. Unreal. Deranged people should stay home like this driver.

Don;t go that often but recently the few times I have I have been impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff behind the counter are. And noticed if the line gets longer they have a second person come out to help.

Nasty. I asked about the price difference between mailing a letter with tracking versus regular mail, and the employee immediately got defensive with an attitude. I mailed two letters without tracking—neither ever reached their destination. It’s been three months, and both going missing doesn't feel like a coincidence.
Someone really needs to address the customer service attitude at this location.

They make me go to another USPS to try my bar code because they (both customer service couldn’t figure out why my scan bar code was not working). They blame their system. I drove 2 miles to get to the next USPS in Spotwood, the lady there looked at my phone and asked to brighten it up a little and it worked!! So shame on the USPS East Brunswick for not knowing something that they should know since they work with scan code EVERY day.

The post office is nice, well maintained. The workers are always very pleasant and knowledgeable, take good care of their clients.
Once I showed up before 9am, the lady opened up earlier and took care of me. Highly recommended.

Disappointed everytime I come here. No one behind counter. 5 people waiting, one took lunch, the other IDK. Waiting 15+ minutes as the line gets longer.

Post office was nice filled with nice co workers and the supervisors were the best. Just wish the post master himself couldv’e done the job without the help of someone who has balls to dismiss me lol. Must have been out for breakfast with his buddies as usual.

Packages keep getting delayed and not being delivered to me. Forwarded after arriving to the post office, which makes no sense.
