Consescending and rude encounter while checking out. A male cashier pushed for me to open up a store card and when I declined, he was not pleased and he made it known. Pushy much? He sniffed my candles (I found that odd), but the kicker was that he decided it would be okay to bag my other items and just leave those candles there. Like they were going to bag themselves lmao. And he literally shooed me away while I was bagging my own candles, no paper for protection, all with a toddler in tow in my cart, to tend to the people behind me. The people behind me were breathing down my neck since he called them over without even finishing bagging my purchases. He clearly wanted nothing to do with me or doing his job bc I declined a store card. Laughable. Zero CS skills whatsoever. The store is fine, I like getting things for my son here. But after this encounter, I’ll be heading elsewhere.

I used to say that Tjmaxx is my favourite store untill they hired a recess manager . She treated me very rudely for not hanging the items properly after trying them . I said I did my best hanging them . It’s not my job to do it perfectly, she refused to give me more items.
I would never go there anymore.

Found some great Harlo velvet pillows! Honestly I find that the stores up north such as Bridgewater and and rt. 22 have much more stock better quality clothes And the Marshalls have just gone down hill......

I haven't been to many other TJ Maxx stores but I imagine they're all similar. This one is older and besides that a lot of their merchandise seems opened or beat up, there are still lots of good deals on nice stuff

They've got good deals. I like this place a bit more when compared to say Marshalls or Ross. They do have nicer things. The service is great, never have to wait long during checkout unless its a holiday or something. I feel they've always had such a huge selection of things
