I just picked up my truck from George, my fiance Has used this shop in the past. And she was referred from her mother Suzanne Hamer. We are satisfied with job done I received a new timing belt and water pump package. Owning a business, I didn't want to be without my truck for long. So I am very satisfied with how fast these repairs were done and I will definitely be returning. Thanks guys! Trustworthy honest shop!

I was referred to Sweeny’s from my mom Suzanne Hamer - I brought my car there a few times and he always is fair with pricing and a honest mechanic which is hard to find being a woman! I now referred my fiancé Dustin for his 2011 Honda pilot and Sweeney completed multiple things on the truck and completed the job in one day! He truly the mechanic to go to for your cars needs!

Sweeney's provided an Excellent service on a complex repair to my car recently. They are trustworthy and honest, & give timely communication & status updates. The owner was very responsive to my questions and has expert knowledge. Pricing was fair for the job. It is a pleasure and relief to know there is an excellent auto repair shop nearby. Following a spate of unsatisfactory experiences both at dealerships and other repair places, I have evolved to be a predominantly DIY person. Yet there are situations where I need professional help, especially when things are not easily accessible. On one such recent instance, I got work done at Sweeney's, at the recommendation of my neighbor. And I am very happy with the service provided to me. George gave estimates up front for the labor and cost of the replacement part (I had insisted on OEM). Their labor charge was very competitive compared to that quoted by other places for the same work. But more importantly, the OEM part cost quoted was exactly the same as what I would have had to pay for direct purchase if I had taken the DIY route (there were a few online suppliers offering an extra $10-20 discount but that's too minor to consider). This is indeed a major plus point, since most of the others charge bloated prices for parts, going by my experience, and then install cheap aftermarket variants (which are in fact available for direct purchase at $30-40 a piece, if one is content with them).Again, a singularly pleasant experience and I will gladly return to Sweeney's whenever the need arises. I rate Sweeney's highly both for honesty and quality of workmanship.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Impressive and highly recommended, I will give 5 stars since my oil leak was happening for more than a year now. The previous auto shop was only doing a band aid fix. When George of Sweeney's diagnosed it, they were able to fix and stop the oil leak. Customers need to be considerate since any oil leak is a major repair, don't expect this to be an 8 hour work, especially since there are a lot of cars parked and waiting to get serviced. Lots of customers mean, he must be a good mechanic. The price was fair.Services: Oil change
