03/04/2024 Update:I am updating my previous review (down below) to include the experience I had yesterday. My experience started out really bad yesterday but then Carol, the Manager, made it right. Carol was super sweet today and we came to an understanding that the problem wasn’t that my drink was made wrong, but the attitude of the girl serving me was the issue. Carol made it very clear that she cares about her team and customers. I loved the way Carol was so enthusiastic about making her Baristas better and how she truly understands the meaning of excellent customer service. I can tell that Carol really values her customers and is striving to make this Starbucks location better. I left Starbucks yesterday with a very “bad taste” in my mouth and was pretty much done with this location but after speaking with Carol today I feel much better. I will give this location another chance and continue to get my daily caffeine fix here when convenient. I love the convenience of this Starbucks location and really hope that this location turns itself around. Thank you Carol!(Previous review) Well, this is the second time I’ve been treated rudely at this Starbucks. For some reason, when I mobile order and pickup my drink inside the store, the girls there are freaking rude as hell. This morning I went, I walked up to the counter and said good morning. She didn’t respond. I said good morning again a little louder, still no response and she’s looking right at me. I yelled good morning just to make sure she could hear me and still she just kept looking directly over my shoulder and didn’t say a word...just COMPLETELY ignoring me. Plus my drink was sitting on the counter in front of her. She was only using one hand and could have used the other to hand me my drink but she just refused. I asked for the manager. Manager walked over and handed me my drink. And no, they were not busy I was the only person near the front of the counter. The last time I went, same freaking story except it was a white girl with an attitude. I asked her if that was my drink on the counter and without even looking she said NOPE. I asked her again to please check and she said no it wasn’t mine and that I have to wait. I could clearly see my name on the cup. I asked a manager to please hand me my drink. SAME freaking story both times. WTH?!?! I go to Starbucks EVERY FREAKING DAY sometimes twice a day and the staff at my usual location knows my name when I walk in the door they always have my drink ready. I am very dissatisfied with the East Brunswick Location.

This is a very good Starbucks store. The employees are all really friendly and they don't make mistakes. Every night I get my cold brew after a long day of work and Emily is always smiling and knows my order. I think her and the night shift workers especially are responsible and take their job seriously which is refreshing.

I am torn in leaving this very extensive Negative feedback. I’ve been telling myself I’m going to write a review about this particular Starbucks for a very long time now.This place needs to be under “ADULT SUPERVISION” to say the least.Service is HORRENDOUS! It’s like the place is being run by teenagers who don’t want to work there.It doesn’t matter how long the Drive-Tru lane is please do not go inside. Save yourself the waste of time. They will completely disregard and ignore the customers inside the store until they clear the Drive-Tru Lane.The nasty attitude of the one girl who works the morning shift which I believe is in “Charge”, has the worst customer service skills ever. She’s always filthy, like OBNOXIOUSLY FILTHY! I don’t understand if she’s bathing in the actual coffee as she’s making the drinks. I seriously do not understand how every time I see her she is covered in anything and everything. I have not ever once seen her dress in proper work attire, no apron or anything that represents she works for the store. That’s the reason why I’m assuming she’s in “charge” since she is the only one that dresses like this.I ABSOLUTELY HATE, that’s this is the closest Starbucks for me, even though I have to drive 15-20min out of my way there and another 15-20 back my way to head to work every mornin. Just terrible.

This place is a dump, too many things but I'll try, weather it's the unwelcoming staff in the morning who regardless of how many times you greet with a good morning and never it never gets reciprocated ,or the fact they have ants almost every morning on the counter or the terrible smell in morning probably due to the lack of cleaning from who ever closes the store down from the night before( witch would explain the ants.) But today I order ahead at 6:22 and get inside at 6:35 my double shot of espresso is waiting for the American and when I asked about the status of the order one of the 6 people who finally started making it gave me a attitude and than she filled it with the hot water from the sink and not the machine not only is that tap water but the drink wasn't even Luke warm and when I said something the the lady she barked backed it dosnt mater it's filtered, what a joke Terrible people skills and attitude why ?

We are in East Brunswick NJ, completed another aerial Drone survey, we stopped in because its freezing outside and needed to warm up.. Nice inside, tables were clean, staff were friendly, ordered the Green Tea with honey. So good!

Had breakfast at the Starbucks on Route 18 South. They have the nastiest -most horrible Barista we have ever encountered -she has ORANGE hair-her name is JANE. What a mean spirited, scary individual she is. Nasty to customers, angry at customers, vile person. Avoid this location and most definitely avoid the horrifying JANE.
