I HAVE TO ADMIT THAT THE FRUITS VEGETABLES BEEF CHICKEN ARE FRESHHHH I NEED TO COMEBACK HERE IS NOT NEAR ME BUT I WILL DRIVE THAT 20 min JUST BECAUSE THE SHOPRITE NEAR ME THAT IS LOCATED AT NORTH BRUNSWICK THEIR PRODUCTS ROTTEN SO I WILL BE BACK AT THE EQST BRUNSWICK LOCATION BECAUSE ALL THE FRUITS AND VEGETABLE ARE CLEAN AND FRESH 5 stars For them ✅✅✅✅✅

I am in my 60''s and have an arm and neck problem. Usually shop every Saturday where there is one cashier who helps bag. I had to go Sunday this week. Had a young cashier that watched me bag my whole order. Shame on your front end managers for not watching. SHAME ON SAKER SHOPRITE

Great customer service, the staff goes extra mile every single time.I want to share my experience on Dec 30th visit and want to call out the pharmacist Vipul.The pharmacy was about to close at 3 PM, looks like he noticed prescription coming from my doc around 2:50 he called me to let me know of the closing hours. I wasn’t sure of the hours.When i reached the pharmacy at 3:10 i noticed Vipul walking out, but i did not want to disturb him and i was OK to get the prescription from other place. After all it is Saturday and it was Holiday time , i am on vacation and he was working ?.But to my pleasant surprise he also noticed me and came back into the store, reopened the pharmacy and handed me over the prescription.Thank you Vipul for your kindness!

The store is dirty. Shelves are typically empty and to top it off if you are forced to use self checkout due to long the The multiple employees standing around just watch you, will not assist and can't even be bothered replacing ink in the printers.

BUYERS BEWARE the self check outs!! They look high tech but end up stealing your money. After supposedly reviewing the camera footage, managers support what you're telling them is not true which is that you still owe money after putting in the proper amount. Though they did acquiesce to a small error on the registers part returning half of what I told them the machine owed me. Hmmm... How long thoroughly checked off at this point I have to admit the young guy behind the customer service desk was very polite and patient.

Eric the night manager was very helpful and considerate after I fell on some produce debris and hurt my back on the stone floor. He was sympathetic and helped me fill out an incident report as soon as I was able. Thank you Eric. Happy Holidays 4 starts because the obvious lack of employees and the obvious stress levels of the few employees on shift.

Unprofessional staff I went three times to pickup my medication knowing that I confirmed with my doctor that it was sent then they called me to come pickup my medication and when I went they still did not find it.They're unavailable after 5pm Saturday and after 1pm on Sunday.It's the worst pharmacy.

Scary moment today in the meat department. Wanted to get some chicken but they were out of bags so I asked over the counter if I could get some. I only saw one guy who didn't seem to hear me but when I saw another, I asked him & he very bluntly said "I'm checking". Well I didn't know he had heard me in the first place since I didn't even see him nor was I acknowledged but okay. We didn't wait long before he came out with two new rolls of bags. As he was putting them on the stand, I noticed two globs of blood on his gloves with some blood splatter. Pretty sure the health department would have a field day if they witnessed this. I couldn't believe someone who works with food didn't even think about the contamination to the public. When he went back to the back, I could see the blood on the bags even at about a 5-6' distance. Yikes! Went to the front to get a manager for that department...turns out, he was the manager...oof. So imagine the standard that's set for others within that department. He refused to walk up to the front so that employee walked me back to the meat department and when he saw me, he told the employee that he doesn't want to talk. Yiiikeeesss!!! So then I had to find the general store manager who spoke with him immediately. Smart enough, he took the contaminated bags off the floor before anybody else could get their hands on them. Imagine being an unsuspecting customer getting that bacteria on your hands. Then you go for another bag that you can't get open so you might lick your hand to open the bag & you've unsuspectingly consumed a mixture of blood. Working with food in general, requires food handlers to be sanitary. Knowing that's how a manager for that department could care less about contaminating the public is absolutely scary and can lend people in the hospital for accidentally consuming those types of bacteria. We definitely will not be shopping there for any raw meats.

Wouldn't send my worst enemy to this grocery store. Most of the produce here was in super bad shape, and the customer service is unbelievably bad. They were out of salad bags, so I asked this guy who was stocking bananas nearby if they happened to have any extra in the back. He came over to the salad section I was just at, stared at it for like a full minute, then without another word went into the back, where I'm assuming they kept extra stuff. He was gone for about 15 full minutes, I literally had the time to make a phone call to someone else while waiting. When he came back, he didn't say a word to me, didn't even look at me, and went back to stocking bananas. I was pretty confused since he didn't say anything, I wasn't sure if they just didn't have any or what. So then I went over to him and just asked, "are there no extras in the back?" He looked at me, clearly super annoyed, gave a big sigh, and said "okay okay fine" and went back in the same back room he just came from. 5 minutes later, a different guy came out with a huge cart filled with salad bags and started stocking them. The first guy still never said anything to me, and the second guy looked super mad, he was muttering to himself and also didn't say a word to me. Finally, I got one freakin salad bag, the only thing I wanted and left. At the self checkout, I overheard a different lady raising her voice at a gentlemen trying to use a coupon, I'll I heard her say was "no, you're wrong, I'm telling you exactly what to do" in a very nasty, raised voice. Poor guy. Whole store seems to be run by immature, angry teenagers that lack people skills and have a surplus of anger issues. Will never go to this store again.

Horrible customer service. I asked to speak to the Manager because the cashier who always rings me up said I need my food stamps book to get milk for my infant. This is the first time I forgot it and she would not let me get it. I asked to speak to the manager and he came. I asked him why I couldn't use my check and he said it's store policy. I asked him why he said he didn't know. Then i asked how could he not know if he is the store manager and his reply to both questions was to repeatedly wave and say his name is Mike and walk away. He was very rude and obnoxious. Needless to say this is why I go to Walmart. No customer service at Shop Rite just another obnoxious manager to say because I said so with no facts.
