I recently visited the Sherwin-Williams store at NJ-18 in East Brunswick and had an excellent experience. Tiffany, one of the associates, was incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to assist me with selecting the perfect paint color and provided valuable advice on the best products for my project. Her knowledge and friendly attitude made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Thank you, Tiffany, for your outstanding service! I'll definitely be returning to this store for all my future painting needs.

(Update) - Sherwin Williams asked me to reach out to them and provided a link below but that doesn't wor.(Original)Who is the manager of this store? I hope Sherwin Williams reads this and responds.I went to the store on Wednesday evening Dec 6 2023 and there was a female associate in the store who looked super stressed. I got a quart of trim paint in semi gloss and asked her for a sample quart of the same. She mixed it up and the formula looked different and she said the computer adjusts it. When I came home and tried, they were two different shades. So I went back the next day on Thursday Dec 7 2023 at 7:00 am to get a gallon of the same shade that I got for the trim the previous day.It was the same female associate who answered the question "how are you" with "not good". When I explained the problem she said she cannot do anything about the sample and instead made a gallon of Emerald in eggshell finish. When it came out the formula looked different than the quart of semi gloss. When I asked her why she grew exasperated and said "it's been a long f-$+_ng year" and then apologized and explained that the formula multiples it automatically.This is not the way to respond to a customer, not one but twice. This does not give a good impression for the Sherwin Williams brand. My interactions with this person are not how a business should behave. I am going to try this paint out and if its much different I will be disputing with the credit card company as the experience has left a poor taste in my mouth not to visit this store again.

Sales associates were extremely helpful and answered multiple questions in the area I’m not familiar with. They assisted with color selection and custom color products. I will come back again.

This review isn’t for the store but for one of the drivers who clearly has road rage. Today around 10:15 am on route 18, there was a a driver in a blue sherwin Williams van that was screaming and yelling at me for waiting on a yield sign to merge onto route 18. Wish I could’ve gotten the license plate to report it. Sherwin Williams should really chose drivers who are more patient on the road.

Mike was super helpful provided me with great service. I had to tackle a big paint job after a contractor left me hanging. I will definitely be returning after the service I received today!
