I came in 30 mins before closing and one of the staff was so helpful and addressed all my skincare concerns. She literally put me on to her skincare routine and I see a noticeable change!!! Thank you so much!!!!!

This store needs a major staffing overhaul. I been to this location three times in the past two months and all my experiences have been the same. Unprofessional atmosphere and down right rude employees. I will not go in to full detail, but I don’t appreciate being spoken to in a condescending manner when I am spending a lot of money. Sephora, do better with your hiring process.

Friendly workers.. always helped the girls in my family pick out the right shade of foundation. They are really patient and help u find exactly what ur looking for.

The worst Sephora I’ve ever been to. I will never return and will tell everybody, including random strangers, not to come here. Management was condescending and smirking as I explained my issue. I was told I wasn’t allowed to get items that were visibly in stock- yes, it’s as strange as it sounds. Rude and unhelpful staff (apparently my concerns were comical), and unnecessarily judgmental. I spent an hour and almost $400 to be treated like trash! NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE HERE ... MY NEW GO TO SEPHORA ..I CAME TO BUY SOME SMELL GOODS AND ANGELICA & SHANNON WERE AWESOME ..I TOLD THEM WHAT SCENTS I LIKE AND THEY POINTED OUT SOME NEW PERFUMES I SHOULD TRY .. I NOW HAVE 2 NEW PERFUMES ADDED TO MY COLLECTION ... THANKS LOVELYS..

I went to this location to return a Amazon item. The line was way past the women's lingerie department. I went to the front of the store where I saw four women employee's standing at the entrance when I came in.I asked to speak with the manager. I was told the manager wasn't in today. I then asked to speak with the person in charge. One of them stated the four of them are in charge. I then informed her about the ridiculously long line at the Amazon counter. I was told it's the last day, as though I'm supposed to understand wth that means, so I asked, it's the last day for what? She then stated, it's the last day for Christmas returns. I was astounded and wondered exactly wth does that have to do with the one individual working the counter, when there are clearly four employee's standing around doing absolutely nothing but gossiping!!?? Then she said they have nothing to do with Amazon. Are you freaking kidding me right now!!?? I was baffled and asked her if I am not literally standing inside of Kohls!! She read the look on my face and got her ass in gear and walked to the back where the Amazon counter was and proceeded to assist. Needless to say the line started moving. Perhaps Kohls needs to review if they're overstaffed because they're paying employees to stand around and gossip while others are busting their butts. I tried to get this employee's name, but her name tag was turned around so no one could read it. If it were possible to give no stars, that's exactly what this review deserves.
