I have to drop off by 9:30 and due to some circumstances I’m late by half an hour so they cancelled my appointment and ask to reschedule it again. I don’t know why they couldn’t accommodate half hour on same day. I waited for the appointment whole week and at the end they canceled it. I think they have to work on their appointment process and management to better serve their customers.

10/10. Easy to make an appt, friendly check in staff, took 1 hour, HUD works, transferred my inspection sticker, all communication was done via text. First time in a long time I’ve had a hassle free experience anywhere! Made my day :) this was for an Audi s5.

Don’t go here - Worst experience with any company. My glass broke 2 weeks + ago. I’ve now had two appointments scheduled to which both times I either waited at home all day or went to the location and left with a broken windshield. Both times the appointments were cancelled without notification and I called a day or two before to confirm that they had the parts and the appointment was still on. I’ve been met with we are sorry but nothing else. Now I am forced to find other means of having this issue resolved because they have no ETA as to when they will have the glass to repair it. Had I known at the onset of dealing with them that they wouldn’t have the glass or that I would be treated so poorly; I would’ve went to a local place. Don’t let them fool you with all the emails that they send to make you feel like things are being taken care either. Because I have at least 10+ emails and texts assuring me that everything would be fine. It’s not and now I have to find other means to fix my glass and no one is compensating me for my time or distress that they’ve cost. Not to mention the risk that I took driving the vehicle to the location. I could’ve been hurt if the glass shattered or received a ticket.

They do a good job, mostly.... But if you want to talk to a human on the phone you are hosed, only the trash computer will answer. They have no possible way yo call and ask for info from a person, ie i wanted to ask if they can reseal a windshield, they didnt answer so someone else gets my buisness this time. This is why only 3 stars.

The women answering the phones could not understand that when you have a warranty you don’t have to pay for some glue to be reapplied. She was ignorant and rude and hung up on me. There’s plenty on places to get repairs and not deal with silliness like saying the whole windshield needs to be replaced and paid for. All over weather stripping.
Changed to 3 stars because they responded and the guy that came out was very nice and helpful.

My mom and I had a fantastic experience at Safelite this morning . The customer service was excellent, especially from Orlando who went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed correctly and efficiently. My mom’s Rav4 windshield repair, which I expected to take 2-3 hours, was finished in just under an hour! Safelite kept me informed with reminders and texts throughout the process, and even suggested places to visit while I waited. Overall, a very positive experience! I highly recommend this location.

Had to come back again to replace my brand new windshield after the first install was botched. Spent another 3 hours sitting around their shop was not my idea of a good use of time. 2 stars because they it covered under warranty the second time. I feel like my deductible should be returned for the fact that the first install was so severely botched that the windshield cracked from the bottom after a week, and another red glad being the first install the adhesive smelled so strong I could barely stand being in my car. After the second install, it didn’t smell at all. Can tell NOW that something went very wrong with the first install and it was covered up. Very disappointing.

I had to cancel my appointment and go to another repair company as no one at safelite will pick up the phone. I had a simple question about drop off and the automated phone service was useless. You will not find a human on the other end

Safelite does not know how to change windshield on premium cars. They left our car battery drained and the car in an undrivable condition . Even the support battery was drained. And refused to acknowledge their mistake and cover damages . Please be careful going to Safelite for windshield replacements . Avoid them if you can and go to a dealer if your insurance covers that.

It is impossible to get a human being to answer the phone! Calling the site phone number gets you routed to a computer and its impossible to get to a representative. I wonder how many people decide to go elsewhare out of frustration and annoyance?

Safelite failed to reinstall original wipers after replacing windshield. Inferior wipers were put on the car. Wish I noticed this before leaving Safelite. Called to address the issue, but have not heard back. Call was redirected off site. In addition, marks from device used to put glass in place still apparent.
