Came here for a 4 day business trip. On the 3rd day they called us and said our stuff was still in the room and we needed to come get it as we missed checkout. We had reservations for another night so this didn’t make sense. Then on the final morning, housekeeping woke us up super early by COMING INTO OUR ROOM WHILE WE WERE SLEEPING.The staff here do whatever they want. They are very disorganized, with clearly poor leadership.

We have been in this hotel for a month, the staff working this place , they are amazing, I alway can get their help quickly and efficiently, everyone is so nice. Love this place, will come next summer?Nearby activities: Next hotel you can find coach USA bus, and easy take it to go to New York, very convenient .

The Residence Inn New Brunswick is a newly built hotel with impressive amenities such as a heated pool, gym, and beautifully designed rooms. The convenience of the mobile key was appreciated at first, but unfortunately, it stopped working on the second day, leading to some inconvenience. Additionally, the breakfast options left something to be desired, as they consistently served the same menu with a focus on pork as the only meat option. This lack of variety seemed like a conscious decision, which was disappointing for guests who don't consume pork. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel's overall comfort and facilities make for a pleasant stay.

The worst experience I’ve ever had as a guest and I’ve stayed at over 30 hotels in the past ten years as a professional under my business. I can’t even give them a one star. Miguel the manager is cold, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. His staff are rude and they regularly change the rules. The worst past us that he doesn’t even let you talk regularly cutting you off not wanting to hear anything. Upon arrival they told me that cleaning was only on request and the supplies for the room were all included. Then they changed it to you must have a cleaner clean the room 2 times a week and the supplies they refused to give us after staying as a long term customer for 5 months. They were stalking my children following them around everywhere who are 12 and 13 while they were very respectful to everyone. Mike, Jenny, and Jaime were rude and unreliable. There is almost never anyone at the front desk and they are so cold and just disgusting towards guests. Do not stay here at all especially for the rate.

Price is good compared to other options (this part of NJ has crazy hotel prices). The hotel looks new, and everything looks decent at the first look: service is warm; bed is clean; etc. but things are starting to crumble if you look closely: the furnitures are cheap and some connections are falling apart; ants are in the room indicating maybe nooks and crannies are not as clean as they should be.

I wanted to reserve a block of 20 rooms in about 30 days for my mother's 90th birthday. My sister called and asked for information and to book. She was told Alexis was the person to speak with. She never returned her call. So she reached out again and stated what happened and still no return call. So I called 2 days ago to give them another opportunity to get it right, and I have heard nothing! Does she even work there?

First time staying at this Residence Inn Property! Was in town on weekend for a friend's Birthday. WOW!! Not sure if this is a Brand New Hotel...but it looked it!Everything was Sooo Clean and well maintained. Staff was professional and just Cool! Easy In & Easy Out.Pantry was stocked with plenty of munchies and a few different brands of beer.Room were Great! So so clean and bathroom was Huge! Ive stayed in plenty of Residence Inns before and this was nicest. Slept thru breakfast so cant give feedback.Highly Recommend This Property!!

Overall the hotel stay was nice. Room was really clean and well kept. The pool area had piles of dirty towels all over, first we could not find any hotel staff anywhere to get clean towels. When we finally did they gave us 3 small hand towels and we were told that's all they had at the moment.Then the water in the indoor pool was freezing, they said the heater was working but it clearly wasn't.The hotel was was understaffed and was not able to handle the weekend volume!

Great stay! Spacious room, good decor. Bed was extremely comfortable. Open shower and friendly staff. Breakfast was ok. Very happy they had free EV charging!Noteworthy details: Free EV charging station

First off, I love Residence Inns. Of all the ones I have been to the management at this location can't be beat. All were ladies, all very professional well versed on any questions you ask and quick to take care of problems if they arise. You can't ask for better management than that. The one problem I had with this location, was the breakfast. Every other Marriott I have ever been in has always served for breakfast.This location serves pre-made packaged food that is heated. Can you imagine a croissant inside of a plastic bag setting in a metal container keeping it hot. Anything inside of plastic with heat sweats and that's just how the bottom of the croissants were. I don't know why this location is different from all the other Marriotts when it comes to breakfast, in my opinion it's a failing grade on that aspect. It's a shame, because everything else is top-notch.

Great staff & the hotel is recently built to be fully soundproofed! you cannot hear the highway At all.I been to a lot of new & old residence inns and this one is great staff but the building & room layouts are just not proper. We had a 1 bedroom corner suite and the tub was not walk-in, small vanity, low lighting, small windows, bedroom was just a bed, no other space, small closet within bedroom & laundry dryer took our money but we got refunded eventually.4 stars only because the staff was great
