I had an excellent first experience today with this facility from speaking with the receptionist the first time to dealing directly with my mechanic ( Greg) thru my process. everyone here are very professional, kind & care about their clients. I brought my 2006 pontiac G6 for repair ( wouldn't start)Greg immediately call me & what was the issue with the car. I've been a premier member of AAA for the past 3 years and I truly trusted AAA in getting my car repair.after several occasions of getting stuck with my vehicle & spending in a period of 1 year over 5k on repair & the real problem never got fixed. Finally this past weekend while looking for a mechanic came across this wonderful & honest repair shop. My only regret was no knowing sooner about Rayco. I would like to personally thank everyone involved in the process of getting my G6 fixed, specially Greg who was very professional & knowledgeable of my vehicle issues.
Going forward Rayco will be my go to repair shop for any of my vehicles.

Jesse the owner is a stand up guy and takes accountability for his work. I had work done on my vehicle at his shop and it turned out the parts failed but I never had to worry. I called up the shop and he took the phone call and immediately handled the problem. Thank you Jesse.

This is the second time I've had my car serviced by Rayco and both times they've done a great job. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The manager is very clear and thorough with his explanations of what's wrong and what the plan is. They're quick, thorough, and reasonable. Owner always seems gracious for our business. I was also surprised to learn that they can tow your car to them if need be as well which is super convenient.

The lady who serves is very rude and apparently racist. We took 4 cars to insurance inspection and the experience was very bad. The lady treated us badly, almost to the point of yelling at us. I do not recommend this site

I had an excellent first experience at Rayco today. I was quoted a price for exhaust repair by another mechanic, who I trusted, which sounded high to me. I was recommended Rayco by a family member, and went for a quote this afternoon. The quote was less than HALF the amount my regular mechanic quoted me. The repair was done in less than half an hour. I was in and out of the shop in an hour, no issues, my car runs great!! No more rattling, runs smooth. Thank you to Mr. Buffalino who was very helpful and gave a fair price. And thank you to Tom the mechanic who fixed my car and test drove it to make sure it was all good before I left the lot!I'll definitely be returning for future repairs/oil changes. I trust Rayco more than the mechanic I've been going to for years after the ridiculous quote I was given for this repair. Thank you!!!

I had to go to this place to have my new car insurance inspection. The worst attention and treatment I have ever received. This woman in charge of taking photos of the cars yelled and scolded us from the moment we arrived because we were “blocking” the driveway. She's crazy, that lady doesn't know how to treat people, she thinks she's everyone's mom!.We thought he was going to hit us come on!I don't know how that place works but no one should ever go there! 1 star is too much -1000 stars for that place
