I gave this place a one star, but they don’t even deserve that. The stuff is rude and unprofessional. Two people I spoke with gave had a terrible attitude and were very rude. I came to this place to simply drop off the box with specimen. There’s no live person in the front desk. Only check in kiosks. I checked myself in and asked to see a HUMAN to speak with about dropping off the specimen. The person who opened the door didn’t know what to do with the specimen and got someone else to speak with me. When the second person showed up and were trying to speak with me through the door with the waiting room full of people listening to our conversation, I requested to step in the hall and close the door. THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VIOLATES PATIENTS PRIVACY. They obliged reluctantly. Inside they told me that in order to drop off the specimen I have to sit in line and wait for my turn TO SIMPLY GIVE THEM THE BOX . I have to sit and wait upwards of 45 minutes to JUST GIVE THEM THE BOX. This is the second time I came to this place and both times I had a negative experience. Please don’t come to this place. They are unprofessional, rude and have a bad attitudes here. They don’t respect the the customers or their time. Go somewhere else. And if you want to get quick and friendly service go to LABCORP.

My husband got here at 8:50..... I texted him at 9:20, he said he's next for the walk/ins..... It's after 10 and he still hasn't gotten his blood drawn. It's a fasting blood test, plus I'm waiting in the car with our toddler. Go elsewhere, this place sucks.

Unprofessional staff every time I come here. Makes me feel uncomfortable talking to anybody. Also they love to make you look dumb it’s very embarrassing. I wouldn’t recommend for anybody.

We are using Qwest Diagnostics for many years. The TEXTING notifications from Qwest are clear and to the point. The place itself is clean and roomy. My registration was swift ( 3 seconds on line) and I was called for my appointment within 4 minutes after my arrival.
I was greeted kindly and the procedure went smoothly and fast.
My test results were received on my cell phone the same day of my bloodwork.
A real professional group from beginning to end.

10/10 Service! We were dreading our appointment for our one-year-old to get blood tested for her check up. Phlebotomist that helped us To ease the mood and played with our daughter and went above and beyond taking time we needed and She was so smooth and fast our daughter did not even cry!!! Never had such a good experience in a blood lab before kudos to you guys and cheers for making that painful process enjoyable!! ????

I was having trouble checking in for a appointment visit. A member of the staff was very kind and actually registered me. The person drawing my blood was very friendly, making the experience one of complete comfort, a happy experience.
