This is last time I purchase from this company. I never received a disclaimer for a tile I ordered that the store claims it was not returnable, due to it being a special order. I accepted that, but then I had a prepackaged Butech cl-stuk, which was stocked in their warehouse. The sales rep told me this item could also not be returned, which makes absolutely no sense since it is stocked in their warehouse. I recommend not purchasing from this company until they fix their return policies. It's been one of the worst shopping experiences I had. I would suggest finding another retailer, such as Floor and Decor. Their return policies are very easy.

Very poor customer service. Walk in should also be accommodated by sales . It appears only certain folks are accommodated possibly designers. If asked about discontinued tiles the answer is find yourself. How does a customer find discontinued tiles? Obviously there is less commission so the sales is reluctant.They lost a customer. Years back I had a better experience hence I returned.

cute store. not much tile on display. lots of bathroom set ups. pricey. they charge for delivery unless you drive an hour to pickup.

Bad experience; no customer service. Store was empty and still no one was ready to help us. After spending time, a girl behind desk asked but started blinding referring to items from her desk. I m not sure if she even knew what she was referring to. Go to Paramus instead; very different and good experience.

We tried to purchase a bathroom vanity, and were to the store three times. There were a number of problems: (1) not being aware of products they sold which we wanted and having to convince sales staff we were right (we were); (2) not being given proper information regarding availability and time lines; (3) multiple instances of contradicting themselves on price, special order status, and the rest such that the information we would get was ultimately unreliable, and (4) prices shifted every time we spoke. In general, it was frustrating to have to keep spelling out all the details of what we wanted, correcting errors of understanding and the like. That said, the sales people were friendly, pleasant and caring, but we were ultimately turned off to working with them

Really bad experience. No customer service. No contractor wants to touch their shower installations. If you want to return it, you pay for shipping and get hit with restocking charge.

Stay away from Krion material. It is not easy to maintain. Even a small stain is difficult to remove unless you keep a sand paper or a rubbing alcohol.I bought a vanity with Krion countertop for about $2000. I now regret the purchase. I should have gone for a countertop with a different material..

Love Porcelanosa products, but run from the East Brunswick store, lazy representatives, Mr. Dunphy; purchased all parts for a bathroom back in 2014, parts of the bathroom door broke, so I went back this year to get new parts, purchased them on 3/22/2021, said it would come in 5-6 weeks. Called back on the 7th week asking for a status, part not in yet, said they would let me know when they would come in. Called again last week, had to follow up again this week...today they pretty much said that "no phone call was done" so the parts had never been shipped that my only options were for a refund or wait another 6 weeks, unbelievable....even with my follow-ups they never order the parts!!!!

We purchased a wall mounted bathroom vanity worth $1400 in October, 2019 from the East Brunswick store. The front part broke loose in June, 2020. We contacted the store and after many emails back and forth, they said they can replace the front part but they will just send it to us and we have to fix it ourselves!! And this is even though we are under the 1 year warranty and after spending so much this is the kind of customer service you get from such a big name brand! Don’t waste your money here the quality is not good. The water also accumulates on the corners of the sink and doesn’t drain easily!! Very disappointing!

I highly recommend this business. Our sales person Raysa Rodiguez went above and beyond to help us with all our needs , she was very patient answering our questions and ordering more material as we realized later was needed . Raysa was always very quick with responding to our emails and making sure that our order was perfect , she is very pleasant ,friendly and knowledgeable.
