Went with my dad to his local PNC branch to get a power of attorney notarized to transfer his car title. He has been a customer with them for over 30 years. Can believe that Raphaela Teixeria, said they don't notarize none PNC documents. Called PNC to escalate complaint, so they are aware of what happened at this location. I told bank manager and teller I just had this same document notarized at another PNC branch and had no issue. They keep telling me all other PNC branches are breaking rules. I doubt all the other location don't have competent or ethical employees working. Not surprised there google review is 1.8, after today. After this incident my dad went to Santander which he also has an account and they notarized the paper with no issues. Very sad and hurtful this happened and my dad has medical conditions and he was very stressed out over all of this. Teller just kept giving us misinformation and ill treatment with little to no respect. The local PNC bank representatives were all just little rude, and misinformed. If they care about there customers they sure have an awful way of showing it. Attached is a picture of PNC policy for getting a notary done. They never mentioned anything about not having an appointment to be clear, only that they wont notarize none PNC documents. Whats a shame I’m glad I don’t bank with PNC, but unfortunately for my dad he was mistreated.

Recently moved close to East Brunswick area and love this PNC’s branch with their tellers, and, all customer service. Very friendly and helpful.
Parking lot is small, but it’s ok just follow lines and arrows.

If you can avoid this one and go to another PNC I'd recommend doing so just because of the parking lot alone. The ATM almost always seems to have an issue and I can see how the manager has motivated people's decision to switch banks when this location already has issues that they can't control like that God awful parking lot that's impossible to get out of. Everyone else is polite and patient though and this location can print cards there which makes life so much easier.

This PNC branch replaced an HSBC branch that used to be here. Compared to other mainstream banks like JPMorgan Chase Bank, the employees are not as efficient when processing regular transactions at the window. The employees are very slow, and I've seen customers become impatient. Leaving the branch to merge onto Route 18 is difficult. You could be waiting for days.

The only thing bank manger knows how to open business account that’s sat no service after that she don’t got no time for their customers if you speak Spanish you will be the first one will get help I have 5 accounts with Pnc and I will closing all 5 of them worst worst

I would like to share my disappointing experience with a loan refinancing officer Raphaela and PNC Bank. Our scheduled appointment was a complete letdown as we were made to wait while walk-in customers were prioritized. After more than 10 minutes of waiting, the officer finally called us into her room. However, instead of providing assistance, she judged us based on our outfits and quickly dismissed us. She claimed that our application required extensive paperwork and printing, which she deemed too time-consuming and complex. It became evident that she lacked experience in processing car refinancing applications and simply wanted to avoid working with us. When we asked for an explanation, she resorted to finding false errors in our application and used excuses like a slow printer on the premises to avoid addressing our concerns during the same appointment. Overall, our encounter with this officer and PNC Bank was incredibly unprofessional and left us frustrated and disheartened.Furthermore, I would like to highlight an additional issue we encountered with the loan refinancing officer and PNC Bank. During the appointment, the officer demonstrated her lack of experience by forgetting to take our signature on the credit application. It was only a week later when she realized her mistake and contacted us, issuing a threat that we needed to immediately visit her office and sign the credit application or else she would cancel our car refinancing application altogether. This level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is deeply concerning and only added to our dissatisfaction with the entire process.
