“I just moved to East Brunswick a few months ago so I switched my cvs pharmacy. The store itself is nice and clean but my experience with the pharmacy wasn't the best. I went here to pick up my first prescription the other day.My daughter's prescription was ready on time but they forgot to include a syringe with the antibiotic so I had to use one from an OTC Tylenol bottle. Also, they didn't even tell me her insurance didn't work so I apparently paid more than I had to. I didn't even know until i looked at the piece of paper that came with the meds and read the "action note"The pharmacist was very helpful though when I called in just to make sure the dosage was correct for my baby's weight and she was able to answer my questions”
“I was very impressed with my first interaction with this pharmacy location... I asked my provider to change my daughter's rx when CVS could not fill it. I'm glad that I did. I called to confirm that my script was in and had a very informative and caring conversation with Robert, pharmacist. He went above and beyond with the information and direction needed. I felt like I was in an old school mom and pop pharmacy. When I visited the location for pickup... the line wasn't long and went really fast. Service was friendly. Yeah, there is no convenient drive thru and you have to find parking and make your way through Walmart to get to it, but for that kind of service, I'll deal with it.”

“Disclaimer that this is not my regular pharmacy. However, the fact that they are 24 hours is a godsend bc somehow, I always get sick on holidays. The staff are pleasant on the phone and my rx was ready earlier than I was told it would be. There’s also a convenient drive through which is great for those with small children or the elderly. The other thing I really like about this particular location is the photo department. Super easy to order and sometimes my prints are done in 10 minutes. Their photo area is usually manned, but if not easy to find an employee to get help. I think this store is better than average in many ways.”

“Nurse Chantall was very welcoming. No one likes medical care really and I'm no exception, but she was very good at putting me at ease. She was super friendly and non judgmental with potentially sensitive information and I wish more medical professionals had a similar approach, considering how vulnerable patients can be during visits. My nurse practitioner Amirose was similarly accommodating- she was concise and direct without making me feel like I was being rushed out of the office. She answered all my questions. And to top it off, I was seen super fast with their pre check in/ check in proceedures. All in all, great visit- 10 out of 10 would get sick again.”

Unlike the CVS on Rues Lane in East Brunswick, which has been nothing but frustrating, this store was a breath of fresh air. The cashier at the front was beautiful, polite, and made my visit even more pleasant. Thank you to the entire team for such excellent service!”
