Jaz T is our groomer and we like our pup’s haircut everytime he goes to see her. She’s a great groomer and gives our boi a nice , clean, short haircut :)

Absolutely awful experience. Our dog has boarded at their location at least 25 times. Every single time he was anxious at handoff but they were able to get him to separate successfully and he was a “perfect” dog, as per their feedback. This week we had a reservation for him to stay for the week as we were going away. The lady came up from behind our dog and put the “lasso” of their leash around his head. Our dog was startled, and growled at the unwelcome surprise. Immediately, they refused to go near him, as he “looked aggressive”. Our dog has never bitten anyone, and they have years of notes of him staying there and being perfectly behaved.They refused to board our dog, and left us in an impossible situation, as we were supposed to be heading away on a family trip. Needless to say, we had to change plans, and they did not care at all. No effort was made on their part to work with us or our dog, whom they have gladly taken for years, all because of their awful approach and careless attitude.We will avoid using Petsmart Petshotel at all costs, as we cannot count on them as a reliable option moving forward.

The grooming service is awful. They’ll cut your pet without informing you and proceed to blame it on hot spots (you’re not supposed to continue the service if there’s an open wound anyway). They give uneven haircuts and do not care about your pets needs whatsoever

I recently started shopping at this PetSmart again, and I must say there are some personable, professional cashiers there now. I'd stopped shopping there quite a while ago after strange interactions with a cashier who just irked me when I had the misfortune to end up with her. She was just ill-mannered and not very personable, and I really disliked having to deal with her.She just didn't seem to know better.But my recent cashier experiences there have been great. So, that's good.Re: the store. It's OK, and I can usually find most of what I want. But on one of my recent trips, I'd noticed that there was a "puddle" near one of the aisles toward the front of the store. I let a worker know about it. He asked me if I saw/knew which dog had done it. Puzzled, I told him know. I went about my shopping and was in the store for quite a while. From the time that I entered the store to the time I paid the cashier and left, that puddle just stayed there. I thought that was unfortunate.

Great store , but they don't have bags so be prepared to carry all the stuff you buy to your car in your hands

Nice staff, selection is very good as you should find what you need! Also plenty for you loved animal to do, they will be excited and sniffing immediately!!

It's a pet store with everything you need for your pets as well as allowing your dog or cat or whatever walk around with you in the store and pick out theiir own toys. LOL
